I’m not a furry myself but I think this documentary is really informative. frankly, I think that we all need to stop harassing these people because they literally have done nothing wrong. It’s an unusual form of self expression (at least from my point of view), but it’s interesting nonetheless. thanks for this video

To hate on any of these is just some people not liking or understanding the fandoms. To each there own, and who is anybody to tell someone what they like is wrong. Just my opinion.

Sam Conway talking about promoting furry conventions to alternate life style media is a completely bogus story that has been debunked many times. The fact that he keeps spreading these rumors years after its has been proven as incorrect raises he question, Why? Why does he insist on degrading the furry community that existed for years before his Anthrocon? Maybe he wants to be the guy who "invented" furry, or made it "better". He didn't. It's not all about him.It's about the community.

Like many others have said, this doc is so good. Anything I’ve heard about the Furrys was from the media and they really do paint them in a horrible picture. I myself like to say live and let live. If it makes you happy then do it! I don’t get why people have to be such assholes

Ok so it's weird but I somehow came upon a website about a guy whose fursona was a blue wolf.. I forget his name but he just seemed like a normal dude and his website was well made. Geeze that was over 15 years go now. I'm honestly too nervous to be open with myself.. like idk if I have a fursona or whatever. But I understand the fandom for sure.

One thing I dont get.... people hate furries, mainly because they say, we all do beastiality (not true) when, more anime fans like hentai (admitted by a lot of my friends, and myself who used to be an anime nerd) than furries like beastiality. I mean.... hentai has way worse things than beastiality. They have rape, slaves, fucking... tentacles, they have a lot of worse things than furries do, things that are illegal EVERYWHERE. When beastiality is only Illegal in some places. (Yes, I did my research. Unlike every furry hater ever XD)

As someone who has been to a few furry conventions with friends. I am not a furry, but I can say that there are good things and bad things in this fandom. The good things largely out weigh the bad. There is a sense of community, love and acceptance in the fandom. There is loads of creativity. The negatives, like in every fandom, come from those perverting it and turning into something dark.

I still think furries are sort of odd but after watching this I definitely understand them better and do not dislike them anymore.
