So sorry to see this man, glad it wasn't worse. Old people are such a hazard to the roads. Last July my E92 got totaled due to an old guy running a red light and hitting me in an intersection.

Glad you're ok. I went through the same thing 2 months after I took delivery of my IOMG G80 a year ago. A young girl ran right into me. Needed new right front fender, new hood , front bumper tire, wheel, right side front headlight housing. I don't think your car is totaled looking at it , as long as there is no frame damage. My total repair cost came to around 24k. As far as mods, those have to be listed on your insurance before hand. My insurance did give me an additional amount to re do my PPF&CC, but they wouldn't cover everything. Check to see if your state allows for diminished value claims. I filed a diminished value claim with the insurance of the at fault, and they cut me a pretty nice check for the loss of value I will take, should I ever want to sell my car. Good luck with everything !
