What do you mean buy the ecu won’t send a signal for the blinkers and hazards ? Dose this mean the turn signals and hazards don’t work at all? If so do you know why ? Is there any way to fix this ?

On 1991 e30 and newer, (airbag model) it came with obd1 . Use a bmw to obd2 adapter to read codes.

I think a 02 sensor for my civic was like 70ish so I feel like that just autozone prices. Rockauto has good part prices but like you said youre stuck waiting for your stuff.
