HONEST REVIEW: We bought this, and it was a PAIN to setup. First you have to find a TV that it's compatible with, otherwise the Dakboard unit will either not shut the TV off or turn it on (or both). Leaving you having to turn it on to make it work, or leaving it on all the time wasting electric and money. We went through 4 TVs in our house trying to get it to work (none of them worked). We then found it to work on a simple monitor without issues. However, if you're trying to use it like people on RUclips, they fail to tell you this fact. Second massive issue is that in order for any of this to work, you have to sign up for a monthly subscription. The free version gives you only one screen with is immensely limited and gives you nearly no control over your screen. You can save the money on the DAKBoard and just use Google Photos for free and setup a timer on your smart TV. Be sure to do the research because this is no where near as simple to setup as folks on RUclips make it sound. The only way to get this to work was to go out and buy another TV, be sure to make sure it's compatible. Also, if you can't get it to work DAKBoard uses the archaic restocking fee that you saw prevalent in the 70's and 80's, but has since disappeared with the exception of DAKBoard. Then they will also charge you a shipping fee. Therefore, it's almost net zero to return it, might as well just toss in the garbage if it doesn't work (or you get extremely frustrated when using or setting it up). If you want to allow DAKBoard to use you as a monthly cash pinata and you have money and time to spare, it's likely not a bad purchase. But, make sure you do your homework, because this isn't Amazon - if you don't like it, they'll beat you out of more money to return it.

Maybe someone can help me!! Last night went to use the cyborg and software is not recognizing the unit, just keeps showing to plug it in, which obviously it is and the light is on so it has power. I have tried a different port, different cable, restarted PC, uninstalled software and reinstalled and still nothing....any advice

Hello, I can confirm that playing PoE2 with a Cyborg and a regular mouse is the best combination to use, I haven't tried the Cyro (yet). It's so much fun for me that I ordered the Cyborg 2 compact, can't wait for it to arrive...💤 The software is basically good, you can put profiles in memory, so you don't need the software while playing. Exception is when you want to use macros. And about macros, this is the only thing Azeron can improve for me. Adding or transforming regular keys into G-keys, which can trigger more extensive possibilities.
