Later on, that coup d'état became a revolution bc its goals went beyond toppling the old military leadership. He did not put Mohamed Naguib in prison, he was placed under house arrest and lived a rather comfortable life till the day he died. The “Suez Crisis” was not a crisis at all, it was a coordinated attack, and Nasser did not start that fight. Nationalization the Suez company was very necessary to achieve economic independence. He did not cause the Nakba, he was a soldier during that time, you must mean the Naksa, but he did not cause that one either, Israel and the US did. He did not lose Sudan, bc it was never part of egypt, also the Sudanese parliament voted to become an independent state. And the Sanai was occupied by force by Israel, it was not “lost” and despite that, Egypt never surrendered or capitulated to the enemy's demands.
