This was SO FAST! I’ve been doing aerial hoop classes for about a year and this warm up was so fast it didn’t do much for my muscles. I bet you’re a great teacher though and this helped some folx!
Thanks for the feedback! The idea of this warmup is just to get the muscles warm in more of a dynamic way to prepare the body for an aerial class around 1 hour long. It’s better to do static stretch’s after a class so the muscles are more warm and don’t tear. If you didn’t feel much, I would suggest really making every move intentional and trying to feel your body work rather than just following through the motions. Hope that helps!
