played in my first game back after spraining or bone bruised my knee around same time as you. been doing same rehab along with u. i didn’t have the same movement 100% but subbed in at half and got thru it. you got this!

@@theconstantpush I played my team in behind twice and got a shot on goal and felt like I helped our team play better in the 2nd half so yes I played well but I did not feel 100% and was glad to just get thru it. Just watched your latest vid and am about to do a bunch of squats everyday after stationary bike. The stretching is what really helped I noticed. so dont forget to stretch. lets go

very good simple and effective everyday workout, i would recommend focusing on calves or legs itself with it tho

yeah I find I get a really good workout using supersets while not spending too much time in the gym(or outdoors)

I sustained a grade 1/2 tear to my MPFL

what are you doing for your knee? just staying off of it right now? im having my first knee problem right now after a game I dont know what i did but it feels stiff even in the back of it
Sorry to hear that bro. I am doing a combination of rest as well as rehab. I'm loading different parts of my legs such as the calves and hamstrings as these exercises don't hurt the knee. Just try to do exercises that don't give you any pain 👍

Speedy recovery bro. Try to do as much lower body as you can without pain. It is important to keep it active in anyway possible; even if it's the opposite leg

Yeah sometimes I might listen to music or a podcast but I usually like to go without
