It's almost as if there's nuance to my having an issue with it but that clearly went right over your head. Ironic. Aww thank you much. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yeah musicals are tough for me to get into but I think sometimes it just comes down to the songs. Like if I went to a concert and it was 2 hours long but I only liked 3 songs that were performed, it makes it hard to say it was this amazing thing I got to experience. But unlike some people, I'm no quitter lol. Just means it'll take me a while before I watch the next one. Very glad me not liking Roxie is ok. I thought I had missed her having a "good" moment or something and I was gonna get "yelled" at for not liking her. She's a great character, just not likeable. If they didn't end up poor and struggling by then end of the movie then it didn't happen 🤣🤣 that last number was so good they retired super early and never thought of money again and life was just chill and easygoing with absolutely no drama whatsoever popping up. Nope. None at all.

I haven't but I want to. I think the only movie I've seen of hers was Bringin Down The House.

If you don't like my reaction then you can go watch one of the other hundreds of other reactors that watched this same movie and find one you do like. That's perfectly fine. Yeah I know. I recorded this back when I was first starting making videos and didn't realize until I was already 30 minutes into editing that I didn't actually say a whole lot which led to me having to cut out whole scenes. No excuse but it was a lesson learned on my end. Thanks for watching tho 😁

I completely forgot her mom died from lupus and I thought the thing on her shoulder was a heart tattoo so I thought maybe it had to do with an ex or something. Good call. Although, even tho I agree with everything you said, the only thing that makes me think her and Marcus are definitely gonna get closer and possibly date is cuz of the whole dead mom club thing. I feel like Syd will help him thru that and that'll lead to either a kiss or an almost kiss.

And, , The Bear Season 3 is filming here in Chicago, and the cast was spotteed outside together in funeral garb, They were also filming at the restaurant outside on Orleans, with the Original Beef sign hanging, so we will have flashback in the restaurant ; ) Only a few months to wait.

Yes more Sweeps and Ebra. I'm almost expecting a flashback to when Mikey was running the restaurant and him hiring them both and that's where we get some backstory with them.

Yeah it most definitely was nerves. I actually don't know why I even thought she was pregnant but if she does end up being pregnant next season (doubtful) then my psychic powers are working to the extreme 😂 Also, not even joking, as I was reading what you wrote about the chocolate banana I just remembered the scene in my head and then laughed because now I know why I couldn't remember it. Look, I am not one to yuck anyone's yum, but why couldn't Sydney and Carmy be platonic soulmates?? That'd be a much more interesting relationship to explore instead of having 2 characters who have a work husband/wife relationship right now and turning that into a relationship of convenience. Their relationship is like Rachel & Joey from friends or Spike & Buffy, yeah it's nice to see, but it'll never last and will most likely make a very weird turn which will lead to either a full season of them having to "become friends again" or one of them leaving and coming back. I personally don't have time for that kind of storyline especially when it's happening in a restaurant. Too stressful 😂😂 I trust the writers whether they get together or not, but I just think it's one of the most predictable things to do now days. But I'm telling you, Sydney and Marcus are gonna date long before her and Carmy ever do. And I'm not saying that to crush your SydCarmy dreams, but I can almost guarantee that Sydney will say at some point how she's not trying to date right now cuz she's too focused on the restaurant and doesn't feel like it'd be fair to him and then they'll stay friends for a while until one day they hang out and kiss or something. Thats gonna be the slow burn romance and I wouldn't even be surprised if it happens toward the end of the 3rd season or happens at some point in season 4. It'll be random and it'll be in an episode where it won't be expected to happen. My psychic abilities are coming in strong with this one. But if I'm wrong about all that and SydCarmy actually happens I will gladly admit how loud and wrong I was about it 😂 Anyways, thank you for liking the video and can't wait for episode 10 😁

I HATE the idea of platonic soulmates. What a stupid concept that two (especially two heterosexual or whatever people with corresponding orientations) would have a bond that is closer, deeper, and unique to any other relationship they have and somehow all forms of love wouldn't be expressed. If my husband had a woman platonic soulmate, I'd be so jealous I'd wake up every day angry. Like I shouldn't possess in that scenario 🔫😂 I'm team Sydcarmy but if they keep them apart I want Chris and Joana to stop making Syd and Carmy stare at each other, to stop those intimate heart to heart convos (I've never had one of those with a man non-relative and not felt tingly), and to stop with those hints like having Syd get dressed immediately following the sex scene or having her be how he stops his panic attack. The writers need to chill if this is platonic. And Sydney doesn't want Marcus in the slightest. She sees him like a brother. She laughed about him naming the donut after her and doesn't show her soft, vulnerable side to him. Only Carmy and her dad get that. And this would not be predictable because we almost never get a good deep friendship that turns to romantic love. It's like Jane Eyre and Mr. Rochester. Instant friends/employer/employee with similar personalities in some ways , shared passions and terrified of their feelings. One of the greatest love stories of all time!!! I said this earlier, but I think Sydney deserves someone who is present. A person who is encouraging, reliable, and stable. That’s not Carmy. I absolutely love Carmy’s character. He has drive, talent, and a spectacular vision. Unfortunately, he also has the capacity to *inadvertently* crush Sydney’s heart, hopes, and aspirations. He’s already stood her up, ignored her, yelled at her, allowed Richie to disrespect her (the blowing the critic comment), and made decisions without consulting her. That’s not how healthy relationships work.

Literally just googled it and I want nothing but good things for that restaurant and the guy that runs it.

I've never hated Richie, I just think spending more than 5 minutes at a time with him without taking breaks in between can lead to becoming irrationally angry and possibly lashing out at him in a hostile way. That's not hate, that's self-care 😂😂

I don't see it as hypocritical at all. The idea of Marcus and Sydney possibly getting together was set up last season. They clearly have crushes on each other (Marcus especially which is obvious) and comes off to me like a slow burn build up of their relationship. On the flip side with Carmy, I've always gotten more of a friend/sibling vibe with him and Syd. Also him thinking of her to calm down from a panic attack just seems more like she's the only outsider of the group. She has no connections to his family or his past like Claire does, so in a way Sydney is like a blank slate and comes along with no "baggage". Also I think that the show itself has done a great job at showing how being in business with someone is almost similar to dating which I think is why some people maybe get a romantic vibe between Carmy and Sydney. It wouldn't necessarily make me uncomfortable if they ended up dating on the show, but I would feel weird only because they're business partners and that doesn't make for a good romantic relationship especially in a restaurant. I won't speak for everyone, but for me personally, Carmy and Sydney are more like Cap and Iron Man or Hawkeye and Black Widow rather than a Wanda and Vision if that makes sense.

@@jordanmorris4797 I just got done replying to someone about that and now I shall repeat it and either be loud and wrong or so right that Christopher Storer is gonna think someone's leaking the scripts 😂 Ok so my theory on why Sydney doesn't seem to reciprocate is because she's so caught up in getting the restaurant off the ground that romance just isn't on her radar. At some point she'll say something like that to Marcus when he inevitably tries to ask her out again and then at some point near the end of season 3 or somewhere in season 4 they'll kiss or something sweet like that. Will it last?? I don't know. But will it be the slowest of slow burns?? Possibly.

@@r_cizzle ya know anything’s possible and what I like about the structure of this show is whether or not they make Sydney and Carmy a thing or Marcus and Sydney, or they decide to ultimately leave romance out of the show it still works, I just don’t know how else to interpret that panic attack scene or the under the table scene it just came off as romantic to me and this is coming from a person who did not see syndey and carmy’s relationship as having romantic potential

Wait, has he really?? I honestly think I may have blocked out anything said by him or anyone when it comes to sportsball games 🤣 Also my issue with Jimmy wasn't what he said, just the timing of it. These are things you tell someone like a week or 2 before so they have time to process it and then can make a decision without the added stress of opening day. Which character do we feel differently on??? Like in a good way or bad way??
