[RIFEv1.5: 24FPS to 96FPS] Video frame interpolation , GPU real-time flow-based method

Our model can run 30 FPS for 2X 720p interpolation on a 2080Ti GPU. Currently our method supports 2X/4X interpolation for video, and multi-frame interpolation between a pair of images. Everyone is welcome to use this alpha version and make suggestions! Github: github.com/hzwer/arXiv2020-RIFE

Deep Reinforcement Learning | Learning to Paint

We show how to teach machines to paint like human painters, who can use a few strokes to create fantastic paintings. By combining the neural renderer and model-based Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), our agent can decompose texture-rich images into strokes and make long-term plans. For each stroke, the agent directly determines the position and color of the stroke. Excellent visual effect can ...

How to use with Colab 💸
I'd love to see an extrapolation of the prediction. Let it run on its own outputs to see how it imagines the world.
Good work 👍👍
CovidImages need to be invested more than half19
came for the jerma gameplay
when i saw that i shited myself
Final Fantasy VII.
someone mentioned this and I agree. It feels extremely uncomfortable looking at the interpolated video.
Dain looks the best I think, It's less jittery and more stable with frames
Thankyou!
hzwer!hzwer!话说大佬没读研嘛
can u explain what has been improved?
the fps
Great job
牛逼,希望最终能应用到实时的视频播放器中,类似SVP
Enhance!!
Completely the wrong kind of software to say this about...
Absolutely amazing! I've been running the Colab, and was wondering how I can make it increase the frame rate, but not be slow motion?
--fps=DOUBLETHEFRAMES. basically, if you have a 24fps file, and you use the x2 one, you need to have --fps=48 if you have a 24fps file, and you use the x4 one, you need to have --fps=96.
@@TVPInterpolation Thanks, that makes sense.
RUclips reports this as being 60fps, Do they not support 96fps?
I slomo the movie to 60fps before uploading.
Fantastic !
a lot of effort just to obtain the dreaded "soap opera effect". well done!
it does help for some specific situations though, particularly if you want to make a faux slow motion effect for video conversion, or if there's something that's animated at an eye jarringly low fps, like that dragon prince netflix show, it helps smooth out the too many blanks
@@j377yb33n exactly, in those cases it's definetely useful. I just hate high fps in normal content. can't stand it 😀
@@marcozbo like it can work in some films, but I feel like it's all depending on artistic expression.

How much VRAM is needed for interpolating a 1080p video?
It seems that no matter what resolution you put,it always takes about 4gb vram.I tested 360p and 1440p video.
About 4~5G I remember.
@@michaelwhite4810 what if you have intel i7 4790 graphics with 2gb vram? It seems to be stuck on "Done running RIFE - Interpolation took 903ms. Peak Output FPS 0.00 - Waiting for encoding to finish..." Does this mean I have to wait? If so, I have waited almost an hour.
@@agsechogd6406 that means you can‘t use the program,at least not with the current code.
@@user-rr3yw5hz1d Can you do this in games?
Allah bless for sharing! Thank you
Can you share the code

This looks kinda like Geometrize
Really impressive! ❤
