The landlord tried this and butchered it 10 fold. Can't draw the curtains out or even open the windows anymore, let alone getting some sunlight in the rooms. If I showed him this educational video, the rent would go up and all taps would go dry 🤦🏼‍♂️.

Can't beat the Mayflower sauce mix (I get mine at Farmfoods), I whisk it up in a jug before I add it to the pan. Goes well with the frozen mayflower special rice. Nice and easy dinner and at reasonable cost. Great to use this to make up a small amount of curry sauce as well for your chips.

I use Mayflower Curry Sauce all the time but I would recommend making up a batch of the sauce using the whole packet. You can then portion , freeze and use as necessary. Doing it this way is much easier and in my view makes a much better curry.

Having seen the many reviews for the Mayflower Chinese Sauce I thought I would give it a try. Chicken curry is my go to Chinese takeaway but I have to say this was just as good if not better and much healthier and cheaper 👍

Instead of water use chicken stock its much better. Lots of people swear by mayflower it is good

I think when you've cooked your own curry it's a lot more satisfying than buying it down the Chinese... I'm going to buy the curry sauce mixed mayflower... I'm going to go for onions.. king prawns ..peas... Chips but not curly wurly chips...

Hi I'm sure u can get the mayflower curry mix in Iceland too , we like it and sometimes I use 5% beef mince and do the same as u have this with peas and mushrooms , our son loves a little coconut cream in his lol sounds odd but does wrk somehow 👍

A pool noodle works much better and will stay in place love your videos

Put your rice in the pan, add cold water swish it around tip water out gently and keep repeating until water becomes clearer. Then add water about an inch at the most above the rice, boil until you see little holes appear in the rice then turn the heat off cover with a tight sealed lid or foil then the lid over the top, leave for around 20 mins and you will have perfect rice.
