Thanks for the video. A friend bought the same model and is pleased with the results. The pictures that she sent me, fish and chips, looked nice and brown and crispy. I guess that they were frozen and not as thick as ' home made ' chips. Made me hungry anyway :) David

Hi Great video really enjoyed it. To get them soft in the middle my friend blanches his in hot water not quit boiling for 15mins then cooks at the set time and he says they are lovely.....
