As a woman, if you do not shave your hair completely after your husband's death, you would simply attract enmity from all of your in-laws as first, you would be seen as not showing a sign of final respect to your husband, not respecting the culture, village and traditions of your husband's and that you possibly knew something about his death. For me, Igbos shout the most, and are the loudest. I served in the East and I observed the loud aggressive way theh speak a lot. That a lot of Igbos are in Yoruba land i.e. where there is Yoruba majority means you will hear the Yorubas the loudest because that is where a lot of them are. But go to the East and you will witness the same. It used to annoy me when i was serving that their noise wouldn't even let me sleep. As for the dirtiness, I wouldn't say yes because I am Yoruba and we are very clean in my family and I have seen a lot of my friends been clean too. That more Igbos live in Yorubaland mean they will see amd say more than we can see about them because we dont live among them.
