LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE IF YOU WANT MORE!
For those who want to make 3D models or Lego models of Bo Katan's ship aka The Gauntlet from mandalorian. It's also known as the Kom'rk Class Fighter Transport. This ship has been the whole reason I wanted to start this channel because I legit couldnt find any good video out there of it. Also, sorry about the cut off sides.

Star Wars Luthen's Fondor Haulcraft- Angles and Scenes
Perhaps not my favorite, but a very cool ship. We need more Mandalorian ships
This video has been SO useful in my designing of a Lego MOC! Thank you!
Damn, but I love that ship 😅
One of the greatest scenes in television history, IMHO.
Starbuck!
Just discovered this video. The Fondor leapt right up to my favorite SW ships; it sits now at #2. :) I wish so badly that they'd release an official model or miniature. Thank you so much for this!
I love how the imperial rank is filled with the most incompetent officer and soldier💀
This is my favorite Star Wars movie of all time. I think it’s because of the character development and transformation that takes place.
Twp... Great proofreading.
I have the x-wing miniature game set of the Gauntlet ship. The engine sound is as unique as many other ships like Slave One or the LAAT Gunship
good video
The only thing im not a huge fan of is the giant light sabers i mean they are cool but idk how practical they would actually be i dont wanna get that close to fighters in a dog fight, i suppose they might be capable of taking down larger class war ships and if thats the case then there awasome but i kinda doubt it
I thought of them as just laser beams than actual ship lightsabers. because you'd be right, that would be pretty useless unless damaging the hull of big ships.
I mean it's a good looking ship but Fractalsponge's Tector would obliterate it almost immediately. 😂
I love this ship. It is amazing seeing longer scenes with it in live action
Idk if I’m the only one who thinks this, but the ghost seems flatter than usual. The part that sticks out from the bottom seems to be bulging out less, but that’s just me…
I dont quite see that but it's possible! Because the model they use for the Ghost cameos in other movies is def more streamlined (you can see on the on the Ghost's wookiepedia page)
Does the guy who did the whole monologue at the start have a brother or something? I just got the Snub Fighter lego set, and there’s another guy of the same species, I was just wondering who he was.
In the Lego set, there's a "regular pirate pilot" minifigure and then there's this guy, Vane, so they're supposed to be two different people. Lego went lazy and made the head for the regular pilot the same as Vane's. They arent related, just two space pirates.
These scenes are honestly so cool!😁
One of the coolest ships ever and one of my favorite.🤩
Does anybody know how much tones of cargo this class of shipps can transport?
I believe the cargo weight is ~10 tons. I might be wrong, though.
Thanks so much for these! Saves me so much time rewatching all the shows to comb for scenes to apply for my fan edits! You’re the GOAT
Awesome ❤
I wish there was more lore on this ship. It's hull looks like it was developed and designed for military service, but the almost complete lack of hull plating or military grade shielding suggests that that is definitely not the case. So if it isn't a military craft but something repurposed by the pirates by mounting as many guns as they could on it, what was the hull originally intended as? My headcanon is that the Cumulus Class is actually a heavy freighter and this one has been converted to a privateer ship. Heavy freighters as a class are fairly rare in Star Wars, as in the lore the middle space between light freighters and bulk carriers is sparsely populated, but the Rebel GR-75 medium transports seem to fit the class. (Despite the medium designation, the GR-75 is larger than most medium freighters. Class designations appear to be very loose and culturally specific as opposed to universal in the Star Wars universe.) Does anyone have a good estimate of the size of this thing? From what I can tell, it's corvette sized and maybe a little smaller than a CR90 corvette - into the "barely a capital ship" range where a single fighter with some concussion missile launchers can very realistically destroy it. As with a lot of Star Wars ships, it looks bigger on the inside than the outside. I don't see room for stowing 10 snub fighters on its flight deck, much less launching them quickly. Despite this headcanon, I would accept that it was a second-rate military craft - a corvette manufactured on some backwater world that was outclassed by the best Galactic tech.
🔥🔥🔥thanks
on the last clip it glitched out for me so it looked like the mandos dropped, flew around the back, got back into their seats and then dropped again. LOL (Click on 8:54 to replicate mandos having a good time)
Perhaps they would do it for training
This is my favourite star wars ship and im really glad its getting more screentime!
Disney killed Star Wars.
Nope. Andor saved Star Wars.
didnt rogue one save it?
Those look almost exactly like R-41 Starchasers.
Bros This ship should have been disabled and left there for a while, so that it would later be repaired to the Mandalorian as a gift for saving the city.
“Never fly alone when you don’t have to” -A good Wingman
It sounded like they were saying "Whore-craft"
What a cool ship. Easily my favorite Star Wars vessel
'Promo sm'
Nice looking mfs

This ship would be great for Mando and Grogu.
I don't think Mando would want a ship with an integrated droid, though. He's not as hung up on droids as he used to be, but he still doesn't *like* them. So a ship that practically *is* a droid would probably be a poor choice.
@@RedXlV he probably takes those out but keeps the weapons. Better yet maybe bo katan can give him a spare Gauntlet!
@@StanvilleBrown A Gauntlet would be an excellent choice. Especially if you turned the trooper compartment into a docking port for his N-1.
@@RedXlVhell yeah, maybe in season 4!
@@RedXlVAs I understand, Luthen's haulcraft droid is a premium mod he added (among many others). Recall that Cassian said he'd flown haulcraft - he also acted strangely seeing the droid on board (it was unexpected). A standard haulcraft (with a carbon freezer mod) would be perfect for Mando. It will never, ever make sense that a bounty hunter would use an N-1 starfighter...
In still confused where the door led that Din went in before the drop at mandalore
If I were to take a guess, there's two levels connect on the Gauntlet- top is the control room and the second is the troop drop area
Awesome!
Such a beauty. I really would like to see more of the interior and other parts inside the Gauntlet
Same! I think more of the interior is shown in star wars rebels. The cockpit and the soldier drop seats area are all they show in the Mandalorian. I might make a part 3!
@@StarWarsSpaceships Indeed! and a part 3 would be awesome! Thanks for your hard work
@@StarWarsSpaceships The one in Rebels is somewhat larger variant. While there's a degree of inconsistency between TCW, Rebels, and live-action simply because of the cartoon designs being stylized rather than 100% real-life accurate, the difference is enough that there are canonically 2 different variants of Gauntlet, the bigger one having a larger troop capacity.
There's 3 actually@@RedXlV
- I Really Hope They Put This SpaceShip As A ( May The 4th Toy ) In Swtor this year! Jussss Say'n 🤞❤🤞
Beautiful ship, shame the show writers "kinda forgot" that shields are a thing.
Yeah shield use is so selective. I can see the case where someone says that material projectiles pass through shields (which in this case, is why the crashed snub fighter and missiles cause damage to the engines) but the blasters causing damage too just isnt consistent)
The effectiveness of shields has never been all that consistent in Star Wars, and most likely this is a pretty old ship. Everything about its design (and especially the look of its gun turrets) screams "Separatist commerce raider", but possibly it's even older than the CIS and simply made by Hoersch-Kessel Drive (same company that made the Lucrehulks for the Trade Federation, and similarly their fighters look a lot like a more compact version of the R-41 Starchaser that was a Hoersch-Kessel design). And this pirate crew probably has been maintaining it even less effectively than Mando did the Razor Crest. Probably they'd been having to repurpose looted components to keep the shields working, which is why they've been targeting what they expect to be undefended worlds where *any* warship would be an insurmountable threat to the locals. Djarin's heavily souped-up N-1 and Bo-Katan's beastly Gauntlet being able to take it down isn't outlandish.
@@RedXlV Or the writers could have bothered to give a reason for why there were no shields. Maybe the pirates showed up because the ship sustained damage in a prior battle and needed a spot to hide out and repair while doing a little plundering on the side. Or something like that. It's not that the ship's shields got taken down, it's that they weren't there in the first place, because every shot immediately destroyed armor, structure or components. It's sloppy writing and lack of thinking ahead. Which is a consistent problem with current Disney garbage, alongside the fact that it's all woke feminist trash.
I know this is months old but I might suggest a reason for the weak shields. Since the ship apparently can carry 10(likely 12) fighters, but only launch 3 at a time, (not totally sure on the total count) it likely was a design choice, which would leave very little room for a more powerful engine and capacitor systems to support a stronger and more robust shield system. As a pirate ship it would also need room for captured cargo, no boots, no pay.
