5 minutes? I was stuck in the Haunted Mansion for like 10 minutes last week and I just chilled taking advantage of the time to take the best photos I've ever gotten of that part of the ride. People need some patience. If they drop a phone, just let a cast member know when you get off that you lost the phone and I'm sure they'll get it when they can. It's certainly better than potentially injuring yourself. Also, don't hold your phone if you can't keep a hand on it.

This is why I like visiting Busch Gardens and Universal, they are more understanding to my disabilities as well as my daughter. We both provide Dr notes. Six Flags uses a third party that issues an Access Pass, you have to provide a Dr note, you have to recertify every year. Six Flags has two types of issue Wait times issued Immediate Ride Entry We both receive the second, I don’t ride, I just ride my chair n people watch. We’re local to six flags n we visit FL often to visit my son/dil. Disney hasn’t been on our to do list in a few years bc they’re boring and now this

This is not a real review! This is a review by people not wanting their access taken away by Disney. I mean, just be honest with people. This ride was slapped together and has a horrible story!

So how go they handle wheelchairs or ECVs now in Disneyland when you don’t have a DAS pass? I need a wheelchair or ECV. I’m bringing my own wheelchair to Disney when I go. I guess I’m confused because with Disneyland, don’t wheelchair users still have to go in the exits to get to the ride?

The ban rule isnt new

As someone who owns multiple legacy sabers and neopixels, I think all of the legacy customers fit into 3 categories 1) The people who want the magic of going to Galaxy’s Edge and buying a lightsaber at Dok Ondars / building one at Savi’s (I will say though the first time you visit Savi’s is truly magical I would recommend simply for the experience, ignoring that the sabers are less quality than pixels) 2) People who don’t know that bneopixels even exist / your more casual fan who is in the park and buys a saber 3) People who know that neopixels exist but would rather shop from Disney since it’s easier, and I think people trust it more If you read all this thanks, and if you disagree I’d love to go back and forth about it.

My family are huge Disney fans but my mom has pulmonary fibrosis and is on oxygen. This makes it difficult for many reasons for her to sit in lines all day. This has certainly put a nasty taste in my mouth and is making me start to reconsider who I’m giving my money to

Lol Disney is trying to buckle down on people faking conditions. However, them now only accepting people with autism and or cognitive disabilities ( which are disabilities easy to "fake"). I have cerebral palsy, a physical disability, why am I, and others with physical disability any less deserving. HORRIBLE

I'm choosing not to participate is this DAS chaos. We have enjoyed and appreciated the DAS in the past due to our daughter's and son's disabilities. Our son would probably still qualify for the DAS but I can't fathom planning a Disney vacation and then a month before you arrive you're faced with a refusal to the DAS. We would have to somehow regroup or cancel our vacation. No thank you our lives are complicated enough we don't need this added stress.

I wish they would just ask for a letter from your doctor. I have cancer, ankylosing spondylitis, bladder control issues and awful anxiety. The pass has been so helpful to me in the past as I need to just sit somewhere quiet at times and I can't stand still for more than a few minutes without pain. Now I have to spend a fortune on the multi pass or miss out.

Ecv wheelchairs can’t turn around for an emergency or restroom medications. Bc there is not enough room to turn around. The question is why you can’t wait in the long line well that’s why! (Wink)

I agree that it is going to be a relief for the cast members to have it be done ahead of time and by a third party. However, I have Lupus and GBS ♿ Being in a motorized scooter is great, I bring my own. But I cannot sit in the sun. I will have to buy Genie + which I do anyway to make a more pleasant day. Fine. They better be prepared for more people carrying parasols. But: soapbox rant: It's the disability tax. People pretend it doesn't exist. But it is seriously more expensive to be disabled. My income dropped by 70% and mobility equipment is expensive. Medicare doesn't cover squat. It took me months to save for my scooter and years to save for the dentures I'm getting next week in Mexico because I can't afford American prices. I'll simply have to save longer for Disney trips and only go in Winter 😂
