I’m fairly tech smart but this has to be the worst Roberts product ever put on the market. It’s not a bit intuitive and the touch screen is terrible

Still over complicated for most people. The silver tops just want buttons that do not buttons with layers of menus. The radio is cheap and feels like its Chinese made even if they do want to tell you it was designed in the UK.

Bought one of these to replace an older version. Chalk and cheese, the new one is way better, great sound, quick start up and I can operate it from my phone. 10 out of 10.

How does one use the bluetooth, i select it, it doesn't find any devices and no device i have can find the speaker. The instructions are very poor.... Theres not even a bluetooth flashing light

This must be the sixth or seventh time I’ve come here. The radio plays. The alarm is set. Just by moving the clock a few inches on the bedside table screws the whole alarm/radio set up. REALLY frustrating.

I just got mine today, unfortunately the Bluetooth does not work so I had to return it. I tried absolutely everything to no avail .

I brought one of those today I have followed your instructions but it will not set the time it sets the day fine but when I press and hold it doesn't allow me to set the time ugh I'm beginning to think I made a mistake buying this radio 🫣

You really breezed through the wifi set-up, it’s much more difficult and counterintuitive than what’s presented in the video.
