Hacking My Morning Water
Просмотров 1,6 тыс.3 года назад
Here I share my hacked morning water routine. ✅ REVISION: In the video I mentioned creatine's energy benefits alongside the nootropic effects, but I didn't accurately explain how this works. Creatine gets converted to phosphocreatine in the body, also known as creatine phosphate. This phosphocreatine allows the skeletal muscle, myocardium and the brain to recycle adenosine triphosphate (ATP), w...

Don't trust the health professionals
BAKING SODA is your new 9/11 on every DRY FAST💯
Incorrect. Total B.S.!
so pure fasting or are clear liquids alllowed?
It’s not Yahm kippur. It’s Yom Kippur.
Just long enough to be annoying to watch, just short enough to not go into enough detail
I've been fasting regularly for the past eight years. It has transformed my life in a spectacular way. I invite anyone interested in fasting to visit my channel, where I share my experience as a regular, normal citizen who embraced fasting.
designed not evolved
I think they have to say consult a doc for legal reasons, but the reality is that almost no doctors would support this. Doctors are generally only useful for running tests. They will almost always gaslight you on anything they didn't learn in medical school or anything they don't understand.
Can you drink water or coffee during fasting?
25 hours into my 72 hour water fast. Im already feeling changes amd theyre definitely for the better. I'm ready to see the end results 💪🏻
im fasted 35 hours now without food or water and i know water is important but i micro dose a gram of salt a every 12 hours and im living breathing and energized
I water fast over 130 plus days per year. It is very hard initially to get started but as you become used to it. You look forward to it and enjoy its benefits
Doesn’t it take several days for the body to deplete glycogen storages before the body starts burning fat?🤔 i’m not sure the body starts burning fat only 12hrs after a meal, i did keto and it definitely takes days of no carbs before ketone production/fat burning
I wanted to show my mom this but there's no captions, not even auto captions and she's deaf 😢
What is happening? Video: "Why Experts are Warning Against Fasting - Dr. Peter Attia, Dr. Rhonda Patrick, Dr. Gabrielle Lyon" I am bad faster unless its 5 days, which is the only way I lose weight.Should I starve , which is what I do for 3 to 5 days or should I feast? Is fasting Not worth it?
3 day dry is very intense. One day (or even 16-18hr dry) is plenty if you're not trying to kill or starve off any illnesses or cancers. Or lose a ton of weight.
I have less fasting side effects when I dry fast, no 2nd day headache or diarrhea from un-needed electrolytes. I go 24 hrs have 12 oz of water then go again. I don’t change my routine and I have a physical job, I don’t get thirsty and dry fasting seems to quell hunger more than wet.
27 minutes in, LETS GO !
Fasting will make you fat. Your body will deposit everything when you eat because he knows that you will not eat for the rest of the day
Why is there an epileptic hand wiggling across the screen?
Completed 24 hours fast in 2 hours. Have lost 2 kilos. I'm 1,77 m and currently weigh 84 kg. According to BMI max weight for my height is 77 kg. So 7kg more to go.
Jains laughing in corner🤣 I am on my dry fast it will last for more than 30 hrs Started fast 6:00 pm 6 sep 2024 Will end at 7:30 AM on 8 sep 2024 It's last day of paryushan 😊
12 hours is the bare minimum that happens by default for me. I don't even have to try. 14-16 is sometimes a little more intentional but not hard at all.
I've tried every kind of diet under the sun and nothing worked for me in a way that was sustainable. I found through fasting all day and only eating a main meal at tea time and a couple of healthy snacks before bed I can not only sustain it, it makes my body work better. I have hypothyroidism, so my metabolism is very sluggish despite Thyroxine medication, so loosing weight is almost impossible for me, couple that with arthritis leaving me needing a knee replacement and poor mobility I was struggling to shift the weight. I have used the same process before my knee got bad and I managed to shift 7 stone for another operation. Poor health and immobility has left me needing to loose weight again so I can get my knee replaced so I'm back to fasting and I've already shed a stone in 2 months.
what bs fasting s not a trend fasting has been around forever mostly for religous practise
1 day dry fast = 3 days water fast.. Wow... Great information..❤thanks a lot...
WOW! So glad I listened to this very informative video and read the comments. I am encouraged and inspired to do more of this. I only experienced it for one day last week and saw great benefit in stiffness and brain fog lifted - AMAZING ❤
Im about 22 hours now.
Thank you for this beautiful message brother. Much love to you and may God's blessing continue to rain down upon you and your family. You are saving lives with this message
Couldnt agree more with this content. Ive done intermittent fasting for years. I do a bare minimum of 12 to 16 hrs daily - no eating after 4 pm, and no breakfast until 11 am, and then, low carb. Eating constantly is as unhealthy as it gets.
Day 3 on my 3rd 7 days water fasting in 5 years
Please enable subtitles so me and others that are hard of hearing or deaf can enjoy. Thanks
Very simple explanation, thank you!
It takes 20 hours before this begins?
western health advice has got a point, consult your doctor before you fart,.... common you supposed know about your health and capabilities and limits, this is fasting not a surgery
27th day of my waterfast of 40. I done 4.5days dry fast last week and 2 days dry fasting each week. Im hoping to do fri n sat this week dry fast, sat back on wet fast.
How much have you lost so far ?
Imma give this a shot
I've been fasting for 8 days now with a small amount of food at day 4. Trying to make 2 weeks with next to no food
Dry fast is easier tbh.
If I use small fireballs to freshen breath while working close with clients during a dry fast .. will it destroy the entire thing I was trying to achieve 🤫
thank You
EXCELLENT . . . SHORT AND SWEET . . . GREAT CONTENT
Can a diabetic patient do intermittent fasting?
Yes
Make sure your blood sugar is under control and being monitored.
He said : At the 12 hours mark after eating you are officially in a fasting state. So if my last meal was at 4:00 PM, then I didn’t officially start fasting till 4:00 AM. Correct?
Yep
Health professionals know absolutely nothing about nutrition
No one talks about fasting in the different climates and there different benefits spiritually and health wise.
Knock off the stupid sound effects in the video. They're distracting and annoying as hell.
There was just a health warning on fasting about 3 months ago by experts in the medical field that fasting creates heart disease? It was a major headliner in the news. Does anybody remember this?
Day 7 of a 21 day full fast. It’s changed my life.
