    Great video! Looks like a fun time! I’m not gonna put it on blast, but that trail y’all headed out on is exactly where I hunted for spring bear this year. I hit it a little too late in the year though and the bears were much higher. (Late may)

    I'm in an area with a lot of bears, but the winters don't get super cold. It's very common to see them out and about all year long. Do you think that would impact how they might be feeding throughout the fall if they're not necessarily fattening up for hibernation? Also I've seen a lot of videos about bear hunting that seems to be at pretty high elevation, are they always up so high? Or is that more about where rhe good berries are that time of year? Thanks!

    • @SOULSEEKERSNATION
      @SOULSEEKERSNATION 5 месяцев назад

      Great questions. In warmer climates bears will come in and out of hibernation throughout the winter. Berries ripen sooner where they get the most sun. The majority of alpine fields have berries that ripen first before the lowlands. Bears will travel to where the food sources are.

    I see too way many archery videos of people just taking “60 yard whiffs” without using a rage finder. It’s dumb. You might be an excellent shot on a 3-d or rage, but the drop rate for a (70 lb?) bow between 60, and 63 yard is easily enough to wound an elk. Be respectful.

You are the reason hunting is gong out of style. To many people and too many people, period. Stay on the west side of wa and hunt over there. But OH NO, you come over here and explocate eastern wa to benefit you. every one over here hates you for that. stay in your lane.
