Dimash is my favorite Singer. I do have some others but they are from my good singer list. Dimash is my only one in the extraordinary list.

It shows where they came from, but also where they are headed -- the song "I Don't Want to Spoil the Party" includes the "adult" line, "I've had a drink or two and I don't care". And "Words of Love" is a tender, affectionate tribute to its author Buddy Holly. Holly also got his beginnings in country. In essence, younger people have been told to ignore everything before "Revolver" -- by people who also haven't heard it, and who falsely characterize them as a "boy band". They were never a "boy band," and that term didn't exist at the time. They had "who they were" as an identity with their first recordings -- they became a band in Hamburg playing 8 hours a night 7 days per week as a rhythm-and-booze band. And then added amphetamine, which was legal, and which was common among truck drivers (Elvis) and musicians. They were on radio before they had a recording contract; their "Live at the BBC" recordings are a revelation both as to their vast range of sources and as the basic four-piece kick-ass band they were. From the outset "The Beatles" were ahead of the pack. They kicked down the door and made all that followed possible. When they hit the US in 1964, at #1, they booked it, and everyone else chased but never caught them. By mid 1965 they consolidated at #1 worldwide -- which no one had ever done before. And they continued to grow and grow and grow -- they never peaked -- until they broke up.
