Digging my 500th Silver Coin at a Small Town Park!
Просмотров 2395 лет назад
I did some research overnight and found a park in a small town with some history. I started the hunt with a silver count of 498. It has taken me about 10 years of metal detecting for me to get to this point. So I am ecstatic when I find #500!
10 Hole Challenge at an Old Fairgrounds.

I was challenged by Central Wisconsin Treasure Hunters to do the 10 hole challenge. The main point of the challenge is to live dig the first 10 holes. Due to the heat up here I would like to challenge Down South Detecting to the next 10 hole challenge. If you haven't seen their videos, you are missing out. They find some awesome coins! This was really helpful! I swing a 600, and took a tool out of someone else's belt, I will throw it into all metal with the horseshoe if it reads a negative it often ends up being iron as well, or the very least a nail is nestled in there too. The 360 pivot is a great way to really hone in on the target. Thank you!

If you run the coin shooter program by andy sabisch then you will get a sound nuance and then you can literally hear if it’s a coin or iron and I’ve dug lots of coins that only put out one way signals specially in trashy and iron infested areas , always dig some iron no matter what though

though I had some problem with sea water It also ruclips.net/user/postUgkxa-FNYUOM93a388gi9a4brtSCEVmrHgJH land for finding any things very easily. (thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn

What I do is that I clean the coins and keep the good ones.& cash them in at my bank to get paper money every year. After about 10 years saving all this money I had around $8,000.00 dollars saved up. So I use that to buy a new detector & other things like a new computer. This way I don"t have to use my own money in my bank account that I make from working for a living on my job, if you know what I mean right.

The old “turn 90 degrees” test. I’ve been using this method since I got my first explorer in 2005. Just started using the 800 more instead of my SE. I don’t notch anything out. I just turn the volume down on the iron. Good luck out there
