Not using this one anymore. I am using the utility trailer I just set up. I will be adding lights this weekend to that trailer. Will be posting a video about lights soon.

@@BucktailFishing it’s expensive and heavy. I think there is going to need some tweaking for kayak. There is a lot of talk with motorguide etc. We will see. I will stick with transom mount motor.

Yes fresh fish is awesome to eat. I am all still catch and release. Maybe one day I will start carrying a cooler bag with me. Flounder is still my favorite out of trout and reds. I am grouper and snapper eater more.

In my opinion they are the same. NuCanoe has a little more secondary stability

I had the Curado DCs and sold them all and got the Hundos. They are super easy to cast and so light and unbelievably comfortable in your hand. I would spend the extra money for the Bates. It’s a lifetime reel. Each one has a serial number and customer service exceeds Shimano. You will be much happier with the Bates reel over Shimano.

There is no additional holes. Not sure what you are referring to. Even if I drilled holes and moved bracket forward that inch that is left on bracket it’s still not enough. I could make my own base plate but I needed another backpack anyways for my other kayak so it is ok. Plus I wanted to point it out because there is many that don’t or have never used tools etc so might not have capability to alter a stock item. Shrinking down 3 inches in depth for me is not a huge deal anyways as I don’t care that much back there. Most of my tackle is in my trac pacs in front of me.

That one is from On the Water Innovation. I did a video on that one and also Fish Texas Kayak Trailer. Now I am back to a utility trailer I modified. I prefer utility trailer over everything else. Enclosed trailer is my all time favorite but too expensive to tow everywhere

All kayaks get pushed around. If you are talking about Nucanoe? I fish tidal waters with it and just have Torqeedo and works fine. You adapt to any kayak you have. If you want to be able to hold position a little more then get Hobie or put an anchor wizard or power pole on anything else. I like have motor because I am also older and I cover much much more water than when I used Hobie as primary.

If you want both I would stick with a Hobie. That is the only peddle drive I like. All the other ones are loud and not comfortable as it bicycle style. I have many videos and playlists for the Nucanoe Unlimited and U10. FYI. I like the Nucanoe because it’s easy to modify and have an open deck if you like.

I just use the Boonedox Landing Gesr to get it to and from the water. Then use the Will-I-Loader to get on top of my ladder rack. After a few times of using loader I will get the hang of it. Pretty simple.

You will be fine especially with the motor in the front. It will work great if you need to push the seat back a bit. It will be well balanced! You will love the U10 for sure. It depends on how busy the ramp is and where I go. It’s 50/50. You don’t need to get your trailer wet to wet launch. Pull right onto the edge and push off. Just get sealed led lights and use watertight connectors and shrink wrap and you won’t have problems if you do need to get your lights wet. Not a big deal. I appreciate the support

What’s going on. Yea nerve damage would suck. You could build a rack on the trailer to haul 12 kayaks easily. I am run 205/75 on a 15 inch rim. That is the only way I will have a trailer. Nothing smaller. Also tires need to have a speed rating of 81 or higher.

That's what I am looking for something that can go interstate speed of 75 & higher & # 2. Of we have a blow out I want to be able to get a tire anywhere while using the Spare tire .
