what month were you there? This video was shot in August, and it was pretty crowded then as well. I think th ebest time to visit is in late september, after the "rush our" has passed.

One thing the EU should do is ban the Fogueres. The stink the burning foam makes is eyewatering. Now the days of papier mâché and wood were fine in comparison. How do you afford travelling so much? =)
It's easier if you live there, and then just get the car and travel along the coast. The little towns are pretty close one to another. You can go to one town each day, if you wanted to.
