I left Germany in 2024 to embark on a six month trip to Asia to find a place to call home. This is a video documentation of my journey.

I don’t think I can really draw on my mini it’s so small maybe I can doodle on it lol, I use like to mainly take notes
@@francism.torres3467 it definitely requires some patience but it’s possible! I’m mainly using my iPad Pro to paint.
i'm moving to Asia in a few months after 10 years in Germany, also in my early 30's. This video randomly popping up on my feed feels like a little sign from the universe! I''m looking forward to following your journey :)

Can't believe the algorithm is randomly showing me a video of someone that I knew from my own childhood in my feed (maybe that's a good sign about more incoming traffic soon ;)). I remember playing Yu-Gi-Oh! with you and common friends back then. All the best to you Bo Feng! I totally get the feeling and after living (and meeting my wife) abroad I'm also not sure if Germany is for me anymore.

As Steve Jobs put it, "You can only connect the dots looking backwards." There is a good reason why you lost your client right before leaving and you won't figure it out until after it is revealed to you by the universe. Trust your gut.

We just made the move back to our original country after 10 years in Germany. If you put down an objective pros and cons list, it doesn't make any sense - we gave up safety, job security, easy European travel. But we couldn't ignore the tiny voice inside of us telling us that Germany wasn't where we needed to be. I think when you listen to your heart, the universe rewards you. Here's to listening to your gut. Proud of you.
That sounds too familiar. I'm happy you made the right choice for yourself. And it's true that you can't simply weigh the pros and cons from an objective point of view. A lot more will be revealed in person and from experience. I have always felt like a stranger in my own country. It's time for me to pull the trigger and leave!

LOL!!! U found an accidental extra feauture of a product that wasn't even intended for it! Now hear me out, partner with a company or create your own fleshed out covers and sell them! I would buy one! I have a galaxy tab S9. Maybe u can create covers for more tablets!

You can. Yes. I think Procreate Dreams actually can run on it and other animation apps run fairly well on it.

@@ropid36 hi thanks for your comment. I’m a German citizen and don’t need a visa to stay. I would recommend to go to the immigration office if you’re in Germany and see what visa options you have to stay. I wish you good luck!

Exactly what I’m thinking! I wish they did, finances are just as important as knowing our creative craft if not more important
idk, not trying to judge her, but self-discipline and esp. when youre not single, wether it was taught in school or not, we should know our priorities, so we wont have to be drowning in debts, we could also do part-time jobs but if youre picky its a big problem

I remember struggling used to be can’t feed the kids can’t find work homeless Now it’s I can’t stop eating McDonald’s I can’t stop getting peer pressured I can’t avoid going to Taylor swift concerts and other events I don’t feel bad for anyone that struggles like that That’s not struggling it’s stupidity
That’s what is happening as a result but the root has always been spending money where money realistically doesn’t exist. Small expenses here and there add up which are easily overlooked and not even considered until we actually write down all expenses. It will shock you how much we waste money on bs.
they shouldnt start a family when theyre self-centered like that, spending so much and not thinking about the consequences and some people will blame it on capitalism and inflation, gurl you should have self-discipline esp. when youre financially unstable, theres a lot of ways to earn money but people nowadays are so picky and entitled, i remember i did caregiving when i was a starving artist.
