Not a 73 but a 76-77 model. You can easily tell by the stacked headlights and fron grill. 73s had a wrap over lip type grill from the hood over the grill & dual round head lamps.
Thats either a 75 or 77.. Not a 73. 72 to 74 were round lights. I have a 74 SS that im restoring from the ground up. Otherwise sir. that is fine elco. Like that exhaust pipes..
Robert LaPointe right on. From day one since I had the car I knew that this was the first year of the performance loss from the smog crap. However I find it odd that although the 75s may have all the smog issued parts, my car still does not have to be smogged in California (I live in Cali) So I’m thinking that they were preparing for this new smog law. And made the 75s the test car. My car does not have catalytic converters tho
I have to say 78-87 are the best, cant be a G body chevy and I'm a proud 78' SS owner, however when talkin luxury, nuthin beats the 73-77, emissions regulations limited power so chevy put the focus on luxury so I cant complain
I just bought a '73 "Conquista" model El Camino. It is bad ass. There's a knob under the steering wheel that kind of shifts left and right. What is that for? There's a line connected to it that leads to under the steering column area.
2 gall later...
Love this L88 hood !!!!🔥🔥🔥
Awesome!

I took my '77 the other way. I put a '73 nose on with round headlites!!
Love the oldschool 🏁🏁🏁😎
Nice finish. 1973 El Camino body style, but 1975 quad square headlights. 1973 has dual round headlights.
Nice ride. What size wheels and tires you got there?
Nice!!

Oh! You're video taping me? I'm so surprised...
Beautiful ride and that blue is so nice!
No flat spot on the rubber I’m looking for a 86 or 87 to retro mod interior and engine mod
Wife says to husband, where ya going? Hubby, quick burnout. Be right back lol. 😂
That's not a 73.... 73's did not have those dual Square headlights....
Great engine and looks good but a damn shame that the once great El Camino came to look like this.
My dad had one. A squirrelly proposition. The back end was too light, but you could burn out all day.
Car sounds great!!👍😎🏁
if it wasn't for the wheels and that fugly hood and even stupid exhaust tips it would be nice
What color is that paint job? Really like it
For sale?
That's it?? WTF....nice car but the wheels have to go!!
I want one of these in a stick. An the 454.

Not correct headlights for '73.

Muscle.. truck?
I just bought a 73 el Camino, already in love with it and iv not even restored it yet

I've owned big blocks and that is the best place for them. Unless you like $20 15 minutes commute

@@457ricknah your just someone who don’t know who to drive their cars
no need for line lock with those tires
73-77, greatest Camino ever. Love my 74 Camino, the coolest of my four vintage cars.
Mykle Bust I’ve got a 75 and don’t understand why the 73-77elcos get a bunch of hate!

I love my 74 elco, I think it's the best looking of all the different years (although I do like the 69's).
now he's going to take a nap...nice car pops
