Already got Ultimate Bock and de Gaulle. Bock is quite good and relatively consistent, though his damage might not be as high as I expected. Meanwhile, de Gaulle is a beast, though I haven't unlocked Inferior Victory yet.

Nenonen is literally worse than Bai. Balck is a better Rommel but why do you need him? Just an awful bundle imo

He is very strong for his price. Promote him to L Colonel and give him defense and health boosting medals. But don’t use him too long, build your own Infantry EC with ace commander, organization, pf, explosives, and inspiration/desperate. Send him out in to the field. Watch him melt strong generals
