@@Jenna-MarieThomas yes next year is going to be my first year and I'm going to be doing races from the 200m go straight up to 1500m
@TeaOutlet Oh okay, - if it’s your first time in that competitive arena , try to stay as calm as possible. PRAY a lot because with all the athletes etc it can get overwhelming -Get rest, so sleep early so you can perform well -eat , and hydrate it can be really hot -write your names or initials on like your gears -don’t feel too pressured going into competition, and set realistic goals for yourself -lastly have fun!

why did you change feet on the hurdles when you were warming up?
Hey because I was warming up for the 400m hurdles , and I use both my legs for that race so I have to make sure both my legs are warmed up.
While the 100m hurdles , you can only use one leg but I didn’t film my warm up on that day.
