I do agree with you about the graveyard courses. However, if you delay them, you are creating prior stress in the final years with all the hard courses, then costing you valuable time that you could use for other insight ahead. By the end, you will have a ton of hard courses and will not be doing very well. I suggest balancing these courses in these semesters or taking the hard classes over the summer where you have more time to focus on these hard classes. Personally, I try to add 1-2 hard courses along with the rest being "easy" courses.

The way most ER's work is that it is the endpoint for all emergency response, but emergency is a relative term. If you come into the ER with signs possibly linking to abnormal heart function, brain function or respiratory issues you will always get priority and depending on the condition most-likely immediate care. So even if you have something broken, as long as there is no internal bleeding or major risk for further injury there is a high likelihood you will wait for possibly hours in some cases. This is also because of understaffing in certain hospitals, mainly in the ER unit. Edit: I've been to ER multiple times, mostly for (partially) collapsing my lung multiple times. But each time I came in I got care within 30 minutes, and even got priority over people with broken bones as long as they were minor injuries.

Just tried it a few minutes ago and it's pretty cool and a great random conversation type Ai. But, until it can integrate with google's own apps and non-google apps or websites, it has some limitations. I know it's supposed to save the conversation as text but wouldn't it be great to be able to say, "Hey, that last bit about the top end model car and engine specs you mentioned....save that to a google doc entitled "possible new car". "Send it as a new note with the same title name to google keep also" Currently you would have to go into the text conversation, find the specific comment, copy it manually, open a new Doc, paste it in, title it, open google Keep, new note, paste, and title it........all pretty much manually.

It's funny how we are basically the same person. I use to be a heavy gamer but then I also became a software engineer and that replaced much of my time with programming. I recently bought the OLED switch as well. It definitely brings me back to my childhood but the games are just soo much more pricey than I was expecting. That's my only real complaint.

If you end up really liking the switch, I'd suggest you buy third party joycons and controllers. There are many of them that provides the same features like HD Rumble but can do more

I agree with your take, I think for casual gamers who want to play in their free time or after work, this would be a good purchase. I think the switch 2 might release in around 6 months so this would be a good decision for someone who's looking for a large selection of games to choose from, but may not be the best decision for people who want the latest games like a year down the line

Dude what do you mean you have to deploy to see the frontend code changes? It's a local server that runs on your machine (for most js frameworks, like React) and is way faster than doing the same with Xcode/Android Studio for Mobile apps. 1:38

Cool, so you tried it 3 times 😅 And you're not a gamer (anymore). Not sure what the Quest 3S will do for you really. As an avid Quest 3 user, i would say that is the more impressive device and not the cheap 3S, diplays are different, but the pancake lenses is where the biggest difference is, no blurry screen, no small sweetspot etc. Also comfort is a big thing in VR and there are alternatives to the "default" strap that helps it beeing a much more comfortable experience. BOBOVR with battery as a counterbalance is where its at. I'm guessing the fidelity wasnt good enough, that i could understand. But having the quest 3 (not the S) solely for virtual monitors, is a great experience using the right software (Virtual Desktop by Guy Godin) VR takes a bit to get used in terms of motionsickness, but if you're giving up after thre times of using it, I don't think you'll get there. What makes VR great in my mind, is the immersion, feeling of presence in a game. We dont have kodek avatars yet. But then again these headsets dont have eye or facetracking to be cost efficient. Hard to compare apples headset to this as they're built with different purposes in mind. Quest will probably get there at some point but all in all its a gaming console right now.
