My algourithm just showed me this. I have watched many breakup videos. But recently i took my ex back. Honestly some things here seemed like a bit too much. When i was younger(rn not even 25 so not much) i used to see so many bad things about my relationship with a very great guy who loved me wholeheartedly that i ended up ruining it. I started thinking about how much greener the grass should be, being completely oblivious to how majority of the people already have far worse relationships than me. We were very similar, could understand each other on a deeper lvl, we had great synergy, things worked like clockwork u know. But since i was young and impressionable i listened to other girls(who had already been hurt or been conditioned by social media to believe unrealistic things or were feminists or all of the above) who just gave theyre narrow persepctives and i not knowing anything, over time started to adopt theyre views. Only now i understand they were being ridiculous. What is even more crazy is that they also see it now and they compare theyre relationships with my past relationship because it is problably the best they have seen irl. I feel somewhat betrayed by this, but they were young and impressionable too. That is why people should never take these things too seriously to a t. There are like differences between volumes that can be really confusing or perhaps youre own perpective sometimes because maybe(like me) you did not even know you had BPD before and later see, that aha it was the devaluing phase, not actual reality of the situation. But ofc that is also part of the reason why in the next relationship i ignored things too much thinking that i was just worsening it in my head because of BPD. I broke up, but i ended up back together on the pretext that he had changed. It sounds really classic already😂. But i am still fooled very easily, because i have my magical beliefs that people can change, since i changed a lot for the better after my first real relationship, by understanding relationships and myself better and others can change too i believe. I realized i had done bad by my ex so i was really intensely serious about not doing such things again. The controlling and devaluing and crossing boundaries things are associated with narcissism so they are ones i do believe in. Some on this list are a bit too far fetched i believe like the very last one, i used to have weird relationship ideas that i dreamt of as well, but they are not all very realistic either. Like they dont have to gift you sth very expensive all the time if they really dont have enough money and to get with a guy mostly because of money is wrong imo. And well other stuff as well, like not everybody is comfortable with doing sth like online couples do. If that is really too big of an issue for sb then i guess it is theyre priority so then it is understandable, but if it is not really that high on the importance list, then maybe not break up over it. And also i think i should never listen to only one perspective or too similar perspectives all the time, i should look through different kinds. What is really funny is how differently women and men talk about stuff like this and how old people vs young view things. Books and studies are great things, where do people who sell information get theyre info from, how often do they base stuff off of studies or books, so i should too lol😅.

I've noticed that there are two types of people who buy into luxury fashion brands. The first are actual fashion enthusiasts who buy from these brands because they appreciate the design and exclusivity that comes with it. Then there's the second type of person who doesn't buy from the brand necessarily because it looks good, but because the product they purchased looks recognizably expensive. Essentially they want to boost their perceived social status by wearing a tee with a logo plastered on it. Luxury brands have recognized this trend and they tend to make their most accessible pieces the ones that have no design creativity, the big logo tees and hoodies. These pieces still need to be expensive in order for people to flex their wealth, but also tend to be much cheaper than products that don't bear their logo at all. This trend while creating free advertising for these companies has also resulted in a negative view of these brands based on the people who wear their basic logo tees. I personally really like buying luxury clothing, but there's no way I'd ever pay retail for it, so I've had a lot of fun finding deals on second hand sites. As I've learned more about the fashion industry I've realized that fast fashion brands with the help of social media are really pushing this trend of over consumption. Fast fashion is really damaging not only to the environment, but to the people in foreign countries that are overworked at barely livable wages. These companies have also learned to steal designs from high fashion brands and have it in stores within weeks which is really insane to think about. Sorry for the rant but those were some of my thoughts lol

We as a society have been so desensitized to things like murder, ra pe, and other heinous crimes and censorship is only making that worse by making serious words sound "goofy". One thing i noticed is that youtube comments are being deleted for no reason, i know an youtuber can have blocked words, but having comments deleted is so prevalent in so many channels that i think its an issue on the platform. Not to mention that most of the time its "because of the kids" when the responsibility of making sure to keep the child safe is on the parents and most social media isnt allowed if youre below 13. I agree and great points. Thinking about it from an authoritarian perspective, the neutering our language and making it overall less potent is the overall point of it. It makes it impossible to move people with words alone and near impossible for people to trust words at face value, as in cases like "unalive" it becomes the meaning of multiple events that all have separate names, as you specifically pointed for for a potent and particular reason. Audio is a little muffled tho.

Men see women as sex objects and women see men as success objects. This is how the world is and always has been, some people who believe they are special try to recreate the world in their image because they see the world as it should be, this is how a lot of disgusting things happen, and it shows how narcissistic some people are, because they think they know better. There is a healthy level of how men and women objectify each other, but what we see in movies or in the entertainment industry is designed in a way for specific purposes it creates the halo effect, favoritism, among other things. The recent group of weirdos we see in society today want to make everything ugly because they can't deal with objective reality.

It's not inherently, a bad thing, that men are sexualized. I don't mind having my sexual value and worth seen, or even striving to have the best appeal I can bring myself to have. The problem is we live in a culture of double standards - it's bad to do it to women, but not men. I'm fine with both of us being so; humans are sexual creatures, but in order for us to make something positive of that, everyone needs to be willing to utilize it.

The problem is actually that most p3opl3 try to deny our human nature, and impulses and try to hide attraction.
