Thank you! I feel so blessed every day I get to spend with my mom. She gives me hugs and kisses every day and tells me she’s better every day. She doesn’t know how amazing she really is. I’m planning out our next trip to three different countries.

I’m terrible with pronunciations. I try my best. A lot of times there’s multiple ways to pronounce depending on who you ask. We enjoyed our stay in Taiwan. The people are so friendly and nice.

Sorry, I am not familiar about what’s food is allowed to other countries. I think most countries require you to fill out a declaration of any food items you are trying to bring into the country. You should check before trying to bring in any food items to another country.

Thank you. Taiwan is great. People are all so friendly and it’s nice that it’s designed so elderly have access to elevators even on walk ways.

@@schanNYC Taiwan's railway looks much cleaner and tidy than NYC MTA (horrible). Some of the stations are big enough like mall or shopping centers with numerous shops. I love to visit Banqiao Station (板橋車站). Nice food there :)

You are right. Xiamen airlines is currently the only airline that flies direct from JFK to FOC 16hrs and 30mins.

Hi Lucy! I am sorry to hear about your mom. How is she dealing with Parkinson’s? Most important thing is for us to keep them happy and active! I tell my mom I love her every chance I get with plenty of hugs and kisses. Believe me I had many moments of crying by myself thinking why did it have to happen to my mom. She’s the most selfless and loving person I know. I hope to make it as comfortable for her and for her not to give up on herself. There is so much goodness around.

Yes! Our flight wasn’t completely full thus everyone had some room to move. People on the flight were so nice and warm.

Thank you for the feedback. I booked us both aisle seats in the same row this way if my mom needs help I can get up right away and assist her. In the past, I would book my mom the aisle and I get the middle seat and it was very difficult to help her up. I would need to climb over her then get her up. This time when we both were aisle seats it was much easier for both of us. I was able to grab the carry on luggage and etc without bothering anyone else. Whenever my mom needed help up; she just tapped me and I was able to get up right away. If we were both in the window side it wouldn’t work as we would need to disturb the passengers in the middle and aisle seats. At times when my mom does need help to the bathroom, I need to be able to get to right away. We were fine with the standard economy seats. In the future, I hope we’ll get the chance to try business or first class for the long flight.

The hotel was Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel & Residences. It’s not far from the city center and the metro is right downstairs of the hotel. However if you want to be right at the City Center you should search for hotels near line 2. In a future video, I will feature a hotel near line 2 as well in a future video. Line 2 is very convenient since if you’re not too familiar with Shanghai. You can catch line 2 directly from the airport and it’ll take you to most the main attractions throughout Shanghai. I was thinking to do a full video on travel tips to China in the near future. Thank you for your kind words. My mom is the most important person in my life and I will always try my best. She deserves the world and more. She’s always given and I’m trying to teach her that it’s ok to receive. =)
