Salt in the eggs is fine. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. Adding salt and leaving it in there for a long time can cause issues but if you eat it right away there is no issue

We warned ⚠️ if you don't want the gravy served on the bun, which makes it soggy in no time, tell them and some use the words "to go" to say "gravy on the side". No. I prefer to take it home and make mashed potatoes 🥔 or rice 🍚, to avoid the things I really want at that fried foods window 🪟.

I have never rolled my Maryland crab cakes in flour before cooking. Been making them since I moved to Maryland in 1986.

I’m good with all this, but hinting that bacon and eggs is worse than biscuits and gravy health-wise gave me a chuckle.
