Lowes in Montana refuses to honor the prices or DeWalt BOGO's in your video. Evening after showing the clerk your video, they pretend such deals don't exist. The Bosch tools don't even exist in our store is what they said, same way they discontinued Skil here. Home Depot right across the street is also charging nearly double what most of the prices you show. Just goes to show that when a regional market only has 1 store, they refuse to honor sale prices and continue to overcharge.

Nothing impressive at all

I just bought that skil 10-tool set last week. Pretty good so far. I also caved and bought the oscillating multitool kit (tool, charger, and 2ah battery) and another circular saw kit for the 4ah battery (the 4ah battery alone costs $50, and the circular saw kit with battery and charger costs $60). I'm going sell the circular saw and extra charger for maybe $30. The skil 12v is a cheap yet powerful set of all brushless tools that I can get instead of always having to pay dewalt minet just because I'm in their ecosystem.

They need to put a flatsheet on sale. Mf is never on sale.

I got a good deal at a yard sale, 12 volt DeWalt tools. I got impact drill and a sawsall that folds to a 45 degree angle and a flash light and 2 batteries and charger for 22 bucks. and they all work really well. Two women sold them to me. I don't need them but I had to buy them for 22 bucks. And a lot smaller than what I have.

Great tools but still too much money for me, I'll stick with my Harbor freight tools.

So DeWalt will give u a max refund of 120 or 130 for an 8AH battery, and sell you a 5AH battery during a "sale" for 199.00? Makes sense

If HD did not want us to hack, then they would make it 1 line item on the receipt like Lowe's. I don't always hack, but when I do, it's only because I don't need the batteries.

Only the Powerpack and Powerstack batteries are getting the XR branding now.

Thing is some of these hacks mess it up for future deals I suspect. The returning of the battery specifically. I bought the router and was quite happy to have the battery come with the router. You missed out 2 weeks ago on old tool only displays of Flex, Craftsman, Kobalt, Dewalt, Skil and Metabo. Lowe's employee here, we swapped out some of our old displays for new ones and the old ones were to be sold at a markdown (Tool only, no accessories). My store ended up selling our old displays at a 80% markdown. Picked up a DeWalt 20v XR 1/2" Hammer/Drill Driver, 20v XR Power Direct 7.25 Circ Saw, and a 20v XR Osc Tool all for $77 for the tools only.

Some of those Deals are Not on the Home Depot App 🤬 you can Only buy them in the Store .... 🤬 For Example that DeWalt 20v Orbital palm sander tool only is $79 in Store but its $169 on the H.D. app but you can buy the Kit with a 2.0ah battery . Charger and a Bag for $129.... 🤷🤦‍♂️
