Просмотров 263 тыс.8 лет назад
Should you move to Denver? This is a question that a lot of people are asking themselves right now as Denver has become a hot spot for families and young professionals alike. After living in Colorado for 22 years, I have decided to make a video discussing the pros and cons of living in Colorado. I hope this video helps others decided if moving to Denver is the best option for them

I am excited to share everyone that I am starting a new adventure starting...yesterday. Over the next 12 months I will be moving to 12 different cities within the United States. In each city I will be focusing on developing one habit at a time. These habits will range from saving money to exercising on a regular basis. Over the next year I will be documenting my experiment on a new blog. If you...
Cerrrten.. 😂
As a Denver Native, I'm ecstatic that my city is on the map the way it is. Come enjoy my beautiful state.
I grew up in Littleton too
No please no
*I wonder what's changed in four whole years*
Nope I will never move there...to many mountain get dizzy every day
Colorado Springs is way better......less traffic, no Liberal kooks, fewer BLM dummies, much closer to the mountains, less expensive housing and everything else, but please move to Denver and Boulder....we are full up. 👍
No. Go home.
Why do people relocate? Job Opportunity, Better Atmosphere, more affordable housing? Whatever your reasons, rest assured that any reason is good enough to leave Miami. Hi! I'm Tired. Tired who? Oh. I'm tired of this shit! Tired of busting my ass for 50+ hours per week and can barely afford a roll of Charmin. Tired of going to south beach only to realize I cant afford to pay the parking meter. Miami is for people with money! Tourist, retirees. Rich and wealthy people. Its not a place to raise kids, or even to work. Trust me. I'm 35 2 kids, I have a degree in electrical engineering. But this city is so overpopulated and so unequally biased it's a shame. Miami is basically Cuba. And dont get me wrong because I love my latin people. But unless you're fluent in Spanish do not expect to thrive in Miami. Colorado as opposed to Miami is like night and day in every way. The people are tremendously friendly. The economy is far better than FL. The cost of living is lower and the jobs pay a lot better. I'm not a nightclub person. I'm an outdoors kind of guy. My Kids absolutely loved Colorado when we visited. The looks on their faces when they saw a mountain for the first time was all I needed to see. They loved the space, and the atmosphere. So did I. Miami is not what people think. It's a pretty shitty place to live. Nice to visit. But not for life.
People crying about Denver being overpopulated. It doesn't even have 700,000 people. Go to a real big city like Houston or LA, then come back to Denver and rethink your position.
18:51 that's not a con, that's a pro. That's part of why I'm considering the state as a whole.
agreed. seems like this guy wants to live in a crime-ridden democrat cesspit
@@openbob6656 True. I was born and raised in Miami and now I'm in Los Angeles. I can tell you from experience that diversity is definitely not a pro. The rioting just being the latest example of that.
Denver is literally perfect. Close to mountains and many outdoor activities while also getting a big city vibe. While it does get cold, Denver is actually quite moderate throughout the winter. They can get snow one day and the next day it'll be 60 and sunny. And they have no humidity! I would love to not have to sweat another day in my life lol
I can't believe this guy is looking at notes and looking at a camera while driving his car.
Just wondering about Colorado locals who complain about transplants and too many people moving in; so being a liberal open-minded state, how do you feel about immigration?
No fucking leave if your from another state
it's a great place to come and enjoy, but after you smoke our weed you can go back to where you came from!
Random but I love how you pronounce all your t’s in your words. In Ohio we skip over the t’s lol
How much money should I make to move to Colorado with my girlfriend??
Love how he thinks that 90 degrees is hot. It can get to 110 degrees in Phoenix in the summer. 90 degree days here are a blessing.
ikr lmfao
Dude that van is SLICK
You should of been driving out there dude! To show the scenerys in Denver.
More diverse = less white people
aww poor baby
Where are the other videos on the other places?
Too many people!! Traffic!! Cime!!! Werewolves!!! Lots of werewolves. No shit though bears lots of bears.
Its true what you said, people from the east coast are rude, I live next to colorado new mexico
I live in new mexico next to colorado, I love my state.. the only reason im considering moving there is because theres more jobs :/
You're going to be traveling at least an hour to do any outdoor activities. Denver and all of Colorado is overpopulated for its size, don't move here.
We need more brothers here
no we don't
You'll regret moving to Colorado trust me! A lot of hidden cons that will bite you in the rear end. Good luck!
and now decriminalized magic mushrooms
Would you rather it be 90 and dry or 90 and humid like it is here in dc
Very helpful. Considering a move from the UK and admittedly I’m mainly drawn to Denver for the Broncos initially but that isn’t enough of a reason to relocate alone and this helps to open my mind to what life could be like living there. It was nice to see an honest and balanced opinion too, not over-doing the positives to the point where it seems fake. The sneeze made me spit my drink out at work though 😄 bless you
No. Go fuck yourself
My family of 11 will be moving to Denver from Lybia soon because of the good free money from USA government. Colorado people must respect Shariah Law!
There are fewer people in your entire state, than in my home city. That's why I wanna live there. I'm growing to hate people. And a smaller population is what I'm looking for. Oh and the weed too.
If you are thinking Colorado, I have great news ! Take it off your list. We are passionate about more than sports. Our nature setting has brought us from crazy city....oh Denver, good luck, lost cause... Haha. Native here born and raised ... Mountains to plains... Leave. People ruined my experience by disrespecting the local rules . How to drive. How to camp. How to be safe. Respect nature. No, no one coming here has respect. Nature and solitude is what drives Colorado. Not policies ... Not people... Not trafic... Not trash...and not people who want to change nature for city life. Do not take away the Colorado bueauty because you can't afford to be a California person.
I think studios are more like 1k a month now. Good thing I'm getting a Computer Science degree.
My boyfriend lived in Denver for a Decade and has a daughter there. He wants to move back to be close to his daughter, and I'm going with him. Before now I never wanted to live in Denver per-say, I've always thought about California as an alternative to home, but I've liked it every time we've visited. And all of my boyfriend's friends that are Denver natives are SUPER nice. I'm looking forward to moving there now. We certainly aren't moving there for the legal pot, but I do have MS, so it's an added bonus.
since when is baseball not a major sport?????
No stay away
I’m from Mobile! Ironically I want to move to Denver lol.
South/Southwest metro is the best. Clean, good schools and low crime.
Colorado is not all that...
No it's become like California....to expensive.
Are people nice there? Anyone please respond
you'll probably end up bankrupt in colorado
no, don't do it. it will probably be one of your biggest regrets
Can’t support you driving while taking your eyes off the road A LOT to check your notes.
I wish i was fortunate enough to move there with my family and get into a great cheap high school
