The initial engagement should be not 12 o'clock, but in similar place where the rest of the teeth starts to engage. The geometry of the teeth is specifically created to start the engagement there and follow through - there's science behind the shape of the teeth. I'd say the rule of thumb would be that you can remove only the second tooth (the first normal after the pickup tooth). Some pistons come from factory with that tooth missing, so I think total removal is fine. But yeah, if it could be half height even better

That adjusts the shooting mode. The copper on the switch that adjusts the mode is loose. You have to use a screwdriver to push it out. Do you have any advice?

I have seen the grey and gold adjustable 47k brushless motor they do paired with a optical leviathan on 11.1v and that was working beautifully, azraels armoury builds but they are gel blasters not airsoft

T238 is being super active their products seem quite good so far!

The L85 needs the piston that has less material to hold the rack as the spur gear is grinding against the piston.

So I think you missed a key point of these the brushless motors sip power. Very important for our lmg users out there. I have seen power draw videos that took a 30amp draw to 5.8 using the t238 so your batter will last significantly longer. Rpm is rpm and will shoot roughly the same on all motors brushless and brushed. The other key difference is the sound quality. I for one hate having loud whining brushed motors. So a torquey and quiet brushless motor will slow the user to have a much more enjoyable game and less ear strain.....then again I might be that only weirdo that's bothered by that

Like others have said, these guys did too much when correcting. I shave 1.5 teeth for SSG builds and the 2nd tooth is only shaved to the amount necessary. And 12:30 is a better angle to use.

I did this but I found that the motor in the mag was getting too much power so I installed a voltage regulator. So rather than it getting 7.4V from the loop it was getting a constant 3.0V

What about just change for less powerfull spring ?

I have a 37k ultra torque motor and 18:1 gearset, but the small pin position to pull tappet plate on the sector gear exactly below the first teeth.. I didnt use amy delayer also and still this problem occur.. Please help..
