    Good work. But I really worry about your lack of PPE (no gloves, no jacket or long sleeve coverage etc). Plus the fact that you’re welding on OSB (very flammable) and even continued to weld with a puddle at your feet. Please be more careful.

      not really, if u knew anything about engines u would understand that a tuned dirt bike engine built for racing is definitely faster than an industrial generator/water pump engine. but there is no replacement for displacement and with the right modifications the 212 will poop on the 80. also put a 6 speed tranny on the 212 just like the 80 and see the difference.

      @@RainbowSheep_was_takenyou’d have to spend a lot of money to make a 6.5hp 212 shit on a 18hp cr80 engine, but sure. Engine weighs less and has much more power.

      @@kevinragsdale6256 not really, idk how much a cr80 engine costs but its definitely waaay more than a generator engine. And with modifications it might be close. But both have their benefits, ive ridden a cr80 and a 212 and the 212 has more torque. i just hate to see people say that 2 strokes are better without any arguments.

      @@kevinragsdale6256 bro ur not educated on the honda gx clone community. I bet with a well tuned billet internals and cammed 212 or 224, it would shit on that 80cc moped. Idk where u got that "fact" from. Ive ridden a cr80 and a mild built 208cc gx clone and i know that my 208cc with stock cam is way better, it was geared for stop speed and still beat the 80 in a drag race.

    Cool table. But your welds are dirty. Too much splatter. Not sure if you welding galvanized material or if you don’t have enough argon

      If you had looked at his tip, you would see that he is using flux core hence the splatter. Anti splatter spray would have taken care of that splatter.

    Hello, I would like to know what measurements I use to make the trucks ??

      I used 5/8" bolts. The front trucks are 12" without the bolts. The back trucks are 8.5" without the bolts. The front bolts are 3 inches and the rear are 5 inches. Although if I were to make one again I would make the bolts at least half an inch longer just so I have the little more material to work with.

      @@Artifactfanaticjust use skateboard wheels as tensioners , hone out the middle of the wheel so the chain has something to sit in (it’ll slip If you don’t sand or make a groove for the chain to sit in , in the middle on the wheel just got done making mine chain never pops now) then grab a metal bracket drill 2 holes on your frame near your chain and 2 holes in the bracket , connect the bracket , fine out the spot where the skateboard wheel takes out mostly all the slack but leave just a lil bit of slack , drill a hole for the skateboard wheel and your pretty much finished

BUT - i gottas admit - Thatr deck, came off, like it was the 100th deck you made - not your 1st. The curve & tip angles/ amount of concabe (from what I can see) LOOKS DAMN REFINED. Youdid a flat out kick ass job man. Nothin short of impressive. YOu mighht miss havin access to those kick ass apparatus your school has available for use. I'd give my left nut to use a shop like that. Take care man & be safe

      Thanks! You could make the screws look nicer by using a centering drill bit like the ones for door hinges when you pre drill, or you could use some kind of adhesive and just hold it down while it dries.

      It’s just a 3/4” centrifugal clutch for a 420 chain. I upgraded it later for a torque converter so if you can spare the change I would just get the torque converter

      I live in the U.S. so i used 5/8" bolts. The front trucks are 12" without the bolts. The back trucks are 8.5" without the bolts. The front bolts are 3 inches and the rear are 5 inches. Although if I were to make one again I would make the bolts at least half an inch longer just so I have the little more material to work with. I used 1” steel square tube and i think the trundle parts are 1.5”. I have some older videos on them if you want to see how I made them .
