Ok Im not sure if you have a shipping platform, but if you continue to have this many orders, I implore you to get one, you should be able to funnel all your orders into the shipping platform. There you can make a pick list and do all the same charms at the same time. It helped me when I had over 1k orders in a month via Etsy and my website. Good luck!
