Good day mate 👋 If you may please I would like to ask u one thing about my L3 TDV6 it’s 05 model, the problem starts after I replace the leak off pipe was I diesel leaks right side and limping mode , replaced it all go very well then after one week I found a air leak from the turbo side the tiny hose connected between the intake and the turbo damage from clamps, then went well second day start making a loud siren noise there is power then after 60-80 kms it go limping mode? I check the turbo no oil leaks both side turbo intercooler the turbo blades are fine and no playing it go freely by hand ?? I’m so confused? What is your opinion?? Please advise me ? Before I do take out the turbo? Many thanks Matt 🫡👍

Very good work. I have also removed the two turbos from a Sport TDV8 without removing the body. And without special tools. A query ... everything is correct, but p132e 22 appears on the display. And I no longer know where to look. The car goes into failure within 30 seconds of starting. Thanks greetings.

They will tell you that you have turbo failure regardless. My mate took his car there and they charged him for a turbo and the car wasn't even touched. The issue turn out to be a dodgy map after a dpf delete. Steer well clear.

Honestly taking the body off is a 3 hour job for 1 and if you get a helper you could do it in less than 2 hours. Why piss yourself while working when you can get plenty of space?

This turbo is of a PSA 2.0 HDI 136 unit.

Taking the turbo off on tdv6 3.0 without removing the body off is no impossible, I’ve been through this and mechanics asked me nasty money to take the body off so I decided to it myself on a Range Rover sport 2010 model . Took me 3 days but now I know how it works I can do it in one day , put car on off road mode , take the exhaust out , take the driver side splash guard out . Upper control arm out , remove the egr , alternator and starter motor then you have a plenty room to play with turbo and you can easily replace it yourself . Even taking the body off is very easy you just need a ramp to lift the body off . Land river manual explains everything and it says 4 hours labour to take the body off which I can understand it’s not possible if the car is old and rusty and most likely the brake pipes need replacing etc....

This is not possible, body must come off. You are magicians?! :)
