Major ‘55 Progress -Getting to the fun part!

Thank you Bob, Melling, and Bill for all the work you guys have done to get our 6.0 LS running and sounding great! The 55 is also back on the frame. We painted the underside in basecoat/clearcoat, and the full body in CRE-921 epoxy. Stay tuned!

We’re moving on the ‘55! All the metal work is coming to a conclusion. Not too much left on that side. After we finish stripping to metal, we’ll begin on epoxy work and get the underside finished and ready to go back on the frame. Mustang also left this week, and some progress on a few projects in the background we’ll be showing soon. Stay tuned and thank you for all the continued support!

Lots of projects in the works. The 68 Barracuda is getting to its final stages and almost ready to go to mechanical. We’re also working on Bill’s 55 and getting towards final fitment and welding of the panels. We’re also chipping away at the 69 Chevelle, & a 68 Mustang we’ve been working on awhile. Getting the Monte Carlo close to being finished. Next steps will be wetsanding, buffing and putting it back together for bill to pick up. We also are finishing up with the Barracuda, and will be wetsanding and buffing that this week as well as putting it back together. After install, it’ll also be ready to go home! Busy Friday, we pulled the Impala out to cure for the weekend. In the meantime, we got the underside of the hood sprayed in satin black along with the underside of the trunk done in body color. We got the 1964 Impala painted tonight! Tomorrow we’ll be unmasking it and pulling it up front to cure for the weekend and then can wetsand, buff and put it together next week! Next in the booth, will be the 68 Baracuda drag car. Jesse’s also been chipping away at Bill’s 55. Jesse finished the cab corners on the square body c10, and just a few more small welds to do before first epoxy primer. The Baracuda drag car is about ready for paint on jams and undersides.
