Everything you just said is exactly what happened to me. I put in my notice last week before my surgery and I am now working my last day or two. Thankful for the blessing it was at a time but it was time to close that chapter.

NOBODY talks about the emotional and mental drain of trying to be productive all the time - except you. LOVE IT. It's real. Sometimes we NEED breaks and that's the best thing for you - the key is finding a good balance of relaxing and recharging, without letting your goals slip. Tough balance to find (I'm still trying to find it myself) but great video!

SOO for the rest of janurary i am hoping to have a set of goals to follow in the beginning of FEB 2024!! im halfway done with getting my BACHELORS IN PSYCHOLOGY!! i am hoping that the spring 2024 semester will go well and I will get good grades!! after the spring semester I have two more semesters left!! For 2024 I hope I can set a few list of goals to meet so that I can follow and be happy!! I hope to do well in school, focus on spending time with family and friends, focus on my spiritual life ( like going to church on Sundays) and work out and get good exercise !!
