I didn't like it at all, it is very uncomfortable to hold and the cord is on the way. It needs a base to stand or something, the design is off.

if you have a Dollar Tree they sell little silicone mats in their craft section that you could put between your pot and mat to protect it from the feet marks.

I wonder if you could use a silicone cup cake. For your glitter glue. Those are usually good up to 400 degrees.
