This precious verse of Scripture clearly tells us that we may give to the poor according to our own discretion - whenever you wish, you may do them good. It is a freewill offering (gift). I absolutely believe that we must be lead by the Holy Spirit in all we say and do, and that giving to the poor, according as we will is an exception. If i am wrong in my understanding, i am willing to receive correction that i may change my way of thinking and follow after The Truth (Jesus)❤
