After much research on the internet, it appears that Murray McMurray's Enhanced Delaware Broiler is an F1 and doesn't always breed true(sadly). I will get Delaware chickens from Meyer Hatchery(I had years ago got their White Rocks and they not only got big, but laid well). I'm thinking their Delaware rooster over their White Rock will provide very large birds to butcher between 12-16 weeks...

After much research, it appears that the Delaware Enhanced Broilers are an F1 and don't entirely breed true, as Murray McMurray states, according to many on the net. I think I'll just stick with Meyer's Delaware chickens and am thinking breeding a Delaware rooster over a White Rock hen will produce a very big bird(I had White Rocks years ago from Meyer Hatchery and they not only got big, but laid well).

After trying your bread recipe and technique it's become my go-to for fresh bread. We love it! My question is, can this dough be frozen then thawed and baked? I normally bake three loaves and freeze two loaves for later but I wanted to try making your cinnamon rolls. Do you have a video with how to freeze the bread dough? Like do we freeze after first rise or before? How do we thaw? Do we shape and freeze shaped then rise? I'm sorry for all the questions. 🙃🙂 Thank you again!

Nice recipe, but with the amount of flour, the recipe took and all the ingredients you could’ve easily gotten three loaves and they would’ve been absolutely perfect😊
