Yes it's seems to difficult to play base flutes, even muje bhi Pehle pehle notes and Finger movements me problem hui thi

As I said this flute is comparatively difficult to play than bamboo flute. May be this is the reason why you are not satisfied with sound quality.

Try with different angles for blowing and Also look for comfortable placement of flute on lips.

May be you have some different position but it's not like any ideal position it may vary according to your continent and comfortablity

Had you played any flute earlier? Cause it may be difficult to blow in pvc flute compared to natural bamboo flute. Try with different blowing angels and position of lips.
