This can play for a split second in story mode, all you have to do is use some cheats, I use this one website called polygon because it gives you a whole bunch of secret button cheats. First you need three stars, then use the cheat “wanted level down” and the helicopter that spawns will retreat at two stars, the. Use a vehicle that can launch missles, and after you destroy the police helicopter, quickly go to the radio and you can hear this play for a second before the 3 stars theme starts to play.

English Dave is probably the most annoying GTA Online NPC to exist, hate how he phones you out of nowhere at random too, I prefer Nervous Ron he's actually one of my favourite characters next to Pavel, Wendy, Jeanette (Maude's daughter) & Gay Tony (legit WISH we had the option to kick out/fire or just disable Lazlow & Jimmy, such annoying characters next to English Dave lol)
