Unlimited Tire Changer System Duckhead attachment for Harbor Freight Motorcycle Tire Changer
A Real Time Video:- This shows a Motorcycle tire being taken off and put back on a a Honda VFR1200f front wheel with a modified Harbor Freight Motorcycle tire changer. This is a Duck Head conversion that I have developed that can also be used to change car and SUV tires. Hence the Unlimited Tire Changer System. I will post another video showing it being used on Auto tires soon.

I have developed a tire changing system to change tires on alloy rims without damaging them, both for motorcycle and car rims using the same Duck Head tool arm. Using the Harbor Freight Manual Tire Changer with the Motorcycle Tire Changer Attachment kbjunlimited.com/
Just get a Rabaconda, the BEST 😮
very nice!
What are you doing for a spoked wheel that PVC stopper pipe seems a little too aggressive on a spoke wheel to keep it from spinning seems like it would bend the spokes
Great video, I have a Yamaha R6 and bought the Harbor Freight Tire changer to learn that I can't do my motorcycle add-on motorcycle kit can't be found now.
Yo necesito conocer el 30 dé los gue usted me enseña en español
Yo ocupo uno donde lo consigo ?????
Con quien lo consigo ese equipo ????
Harga berapa
Very nice system you built there. Have you tried the Rabaconda duck head? It's a little smaller than the red one and seems to put less stress on the tires, both removing and installing. If you try it, make sure you get the standard one of the 2 available.
That's one soft tyre,
I can't find the video for car tires.
Would be wonderful if I could actually BUY this stuff
They don't sell this motorcycle attachment any more, at least at the HF near me.
Where did u get that yellow attachment? If u don’t mind me asking… I got a duckhead but the way I’m using it I can’t get the tire to go over the head..
KBJUnlimited.com I make them. :o)
@@kbryanjones I have the easyberg multifunctional do you have one for that? I would love to purchase one to make my tire changing a little easier
@@mybibleandmybike What size is the pivot shaft that goes through through the wheel bearings? You can email me at kbjunlimitedcom@gmail.com
Best modified I've seen great ideal
When you put the tire back on, the tire is supposed to go OVER the first part of the duckbill, then under the 2nd part. You have the tire under both protrusions of the duckbill, which makes the tire rub against the rim as you install the tire 7:45
Really helpefull how to use that without scratching the rims. Thank you sir
Seen many videos the red duckhead is very popular compare to the black and metal.
Thankyou, great video! Having said that, the tire looks as if it's been soaking in alcohol.... unrealistically soft?
you dont need a duck head. best way to not scratch or damage the rim edge is simply to turn the rim upside down with the face pointing downwards. Just cut a hole in a rubber mat and place it on the top surface of the harbor freight tire changer. When working on the backside it doesn't matter if you get some minor scratches
I just had local dealer changer my tires. $$$$$$ I supplied the tires. ( Pirelli Diablo Rosso ) $ 200 some bucks just to change them............ I asked they said 40$ each if I took tires off the bike and 90$ each if on the bike. -=== FYI this was the same quite I got from another store ........ Seems like with this changer -- buy and use 1 time and you break even and then some.
if only they improve the base unit to be more sturdy. The current harbor freight unit is very cheaply constructed.
Nobody sells the motorcycle wheel adapter anymore ugh. Maybe I can make it
Hello, you have any idea where to get the motorcycle adapter with the three legs...I have the bottom part from Hrbor Freight but they dont seem to carry the motorcycle attachment anymore.
Would you consider selling just the center spindle adapter for 13mm?
Yes no problem. Email me at KBJunlimitedcom@gmail.com
such a inspirational video keep it up 👍
When you install the tire you're supposed to use the other end of the duck head and go clockwise, it works a lot better. Nice kit, thanks for posting. I might order your kit it looks very well designed. 👌
I've watched a number of the commercial vehicle tire changing videos using the duck head and you are correct about using the other side of the duck head but his direction is correct.
Did you make all those parts yourself or is there some place they can be ordered?
Did you also buy the duck head attachment and bar from Harbor Freight
At 1:00, I don't see that setup at Harbor Freight.
Yes it looks like they have discontinued it. But some stores still have stock.
There is one in my local store...
Very good video on using the Duckhead tool for motorcycle tires. I have a Honda GL1800 and mount, demount tires, I would like to try just the (FROM KBJUNLIMITED) *HUNTER RED NYLON DUCKHEAD 23.48 *DUCKHEAD PLATE AND SHAFT 29.95 * I also need a shaft, and am not sure how to attach one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
What do you do with that wheel brace post on a wire spoke wheel? How do you lock it into place to change the tire?
Nice, but will it work with tubed tire?
Better I would think going back on to put the exact same position on the duckhead and go the opposite direction. No hang up on the bead and sharp angle for it?
I have motorcycles and cars. Would I buy both kits, the car kit and the moto kit? Thanx and great videos
That A/C mustn't be working too well for you mate.

8:18 Over and under for putting the tyre back on, at this point the tyre is under both bits of the duck head.
You're right, he's using the duckhead wrong at the install
Outstanding rig, was able to change my tire with 80% less blood sweat and tears.
Hi Keith. Thank you for making this kit. Also thank you for taking my call once I received it and tried it out. Fantastic unit. Well made the kit and video. As you said if it is hard you are doing something wrong. I was able to change tires in moments. Not even minutes! Tube tires take a bit longer just because putting in the tube takes a bit of time. (Super moto). My GSXR tires fell on the rims. Not a mark. Wow! To any one watching this just get it. Get the tire irons too. Wow are they a time saver. I will be buying more of those soon. This makes it so worth having. Mine is bolted to my garage floor when in use and removed and stored when not in use. So far I have done 5 sets of tires. My local shop charges $50-75 with tubes to remove and mount. Balance is extra. Do the math. If you work on more than one bike get this ASAP. Great tool, design and guy behind his product. Highly recommend, hell for that matter insist! John Keryeski
Hi, where did you get the kit from? Thanks

Hi, do you sell these parts, I'm in the U.K. Cheers

Thanks for the video. Definitely the direction I am planning to go with my changer mods. 😀 You mentioned showing a video with car tire changing. Are you still going to? I am interested 😁
