North Cliffs Failure - 3hrs later
This footage was taken 3hrs after the main collapse. Apologies for some of the camera work. The scree slope is still unstable and large tension cracks can be seen in the cliff face. I hope to upload clips taken the following few days which shows the cliff as it regresses. Thanks for watching.

It's doing what cliffs are meant to do, falling down. It's a success, not a failure.
The timing to be there is an enormous coincidence…was this cliff recognized to be a danger by geologists and a time predicted, or a charge set to force collapse?
No, they just happened to be there and noticed cracks forming and rocks falling. You'll note (if you can see through the pixels) there are 2 people walking on the cliff ahead and they inexplicably go to look at the missing section

This is really a moment in a lifetime caught on camera. I once saw a large tree collapse in a gale. Trouble is I had no camera.
