    Thank you very much❤️just tried your workout on Easter monday, here in sunny Brighton UK🌈🎇loved the dynamism and the good sensation in my core. A couple of movements I can commit to strenthening : 1)the teaser 2)straight legs coming up with hands staying behind head.
