Now, if it says you don’t qualify, that means you have not provided the necessary information to qualify for the developer program. Follow the steps on how to join the Microsoft developer program as outlined by Microsoft and you should be allowed to join if everything checks out

If that’s what it says, then you don’t qualify or you did not fulfill all requirements to be qualified. Look at what the requirements are and follow the instructions from Microsoft

It works for only three months. Then it requires activation of the license, so it's a temporary solution.
Hi Maria, you have to use it within the three months for it to be extended to another three months. It would ultimately depend on Microsoft to extend but auto renewal depends on use within each active cycle

Microsoft owns the developer program and the applications made available to you through the program. It’s up to them to decide when to ask for activation or to extend your free access and use of the applications through the developer program

There is an old program kind of same like this one but there it gets auto renewed every year. It was back in 2019. I have created 2accounts with my 2phone numbers . I get bill copy of zero rupees every year but there are limitations like 10licenses, and m365 apps can only be used online. And I also have looked into this new program the only major difference is you will be able to use 365license for offline use to but there is always a risk to your data. I have created 4+5 accounts and stored nearly 3.7tb data in my old account and I don't need to check it every now and then. I only need to login when the billing cycle is nearer.

Hello, my E5 license expired and I did not get it renewed due to inactivity. They're saying my stuff is gonna be deleted, and my Office no longer works. Can I get it again for free on the same account? I have multiple people using it, and don't really want to create a new one.

It auto re-activate for you so don't worries May be it'll ask you for authencation each 2-3 month And it should last for about 2-3 year

they will delete all your files in 60 days, maybe you can only transfer your files to other places to keep them

You do have to mind there is a 90 day timer until the subscription expires and all data is deleted, to get past that you need to do stuff such as create a sharepoint site, create a power BI report, make a power app, make a team, a power automate macro, etc., no worries though, you dont need to make any meaningful stuff, you can just use templates and sample data, and microsoft will renew your subscription when there are about 30 days to expiry, since you are doing "developer" stuff, id recommend doing these steps about every 30 days in order to keep your dev subscription

It maybe your data is not connected or linked to your Jupyter lab session. It should work. Just make sure your dataset is properly connected

I think you just signed up for the Microsoft 365 free trial, not to the developer program. If you follow the instructions carefully, it should be licensed for 90 days, with continuous renewal in 90 days cycle if you use the apps

Sign up properly. You signed up for the basic free trial of Microsoft 365. Developer program gives you 90 days, renewed every cycle if you use the apps

Use the right number and Microsoft should send you the code.
