The Hollies - Now's The Time
Просмотров 94 тыс.18 лет назад
Taken from the film "It's All Over Town". The two incompetent mechanics are Lance Percival and Willie Rushton. The Hollies are wearing some "gear" leather outfits for this toe-tapping number. But who is the drummer 'cause it sure doesn't look like Bobby Elliot? Too much hair.
The Fleshtones - Accelerated Emotion

Unglugged version recorded for MCM TV in France. The presenter confuses Ken Fox for the original bass player, Jan Marek Pakulski, which raises a few smiles in the band. After the TV recording the Fleshtones played a 20th anniversary show at Le Palace.

Recorded at the MCM Café on April 8th 1999. Clip taken from a 30 minute French TV broadcast.
Spencer Davis Group - When I Come Home
Просмотров 269 тыс.18 лет назад
Colour footage of the Spencer Davis Group playing at a party onboard a river boat sailing through the English countryside. Steve Winwood really knew how to wear chequered button down shirt in the mid 60s. Top Mod threads. Taken from the film "The Ghost Goes Gear".
The Fleshtones - Jump, Jive & Harmonize

Fantastic version of the tune by Thee Midnighters (a Chicano band from LA during the 1960s) recorded on French TV. Dig the dedication to The Plimsouls at the beginning of the song.
The Birds - That's All I Need You For

Rare footage of the UK MOD/RnB band The Birds, featuring Ron Wood, from the film "The Deadly Bees" (1966).
I can’t believe they pan away from the band for something trivial, getting in the way of this classic track & piece of pop history.
The hollies! The animals! The who! The searchers! Hermans hermites! The swingbluejeans! The zombies! The rollinstones! B.j klamer and the Dakotas! The fourtunes! The kinks! Gerry and pacemakers ! Small faces! The beatles e muitas outras bandas inglesas ! Americanas ! Inglesas e australianas estaram sempre na minha playlist de música 👏👏👏👏👏very good
🕵🏻🎶🙂👍👍
Cool!
Le future rolling stone
I’m certain I saw this band when me and 3 friends, aged 15, went to Weymouth for a holiday, it would have been 1965. 3 15 year old mods having our first holiday after leaving school. Great days😎
Like a low budget who or small faces
never heard this before! thanks
Coming soon 3 days 17 years in youtube
I'm getting Scott Weiland vibes from the singer. This is my first time hearing The Birds, and I love their sound.
I like tony because he was so lovely so cute boy and I believe kind
I wonder if the other guys were jealous of Ronnie Wood going on to stardom while they got swept away in the dust bin of history.
Boy this sucks. Nice Ronnie had work though.
🍒🌷🍾🍎💃🕺💃🕺💔💖🍀Wonderful sound!
Way to go Steve and brother Muff
Great Who emulators
VIOLENCE WITHOUT SMASHING THE INSTRUMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
R.I. P. Ali McKenzie.
Damn the Birds were heavy ! Like the Small Faces or Kinks but louder and ballsier
私の知ってるザバーズではなさそうだ
The Hollies are better than the Beatles, i've got reasons to think this way and i'm not alone
I couldn’t wait for their first LP to come out and it was a great album but what a kick in the teeth for their fans. Of the twelve tracks, only six were new. They included their first three singles and the flip sides.
it`s not live music !
0:43-End: Crank Up To Infinity Omit the ladies.
The greatest Steve Winwood...!!!...
OMG too much hair 😂 that's Don Rathbone, first Hollies' drummer
6 string fender bass RIP ecca
Bobby, Please give up your day job, we need you on drums!
Great band of 60 s of London Ronnie Wood young kkkk
Cuts off
This would make a great intro song for a movie intro.
excellent, love the Fleshtones!
Don Rathbone is the drummer! He is on my RUclips picture.
Their forthcoming tour of America....YEAH RIGHT.
Unlike the Byrds then recent tour of the UK which was incidentally hampered by the Birds handing them a legal notice on arrival at Heathrow for perceived loss of income from live performance.
Not one of their best.
todos unos rockers ahi 😃 rarísimo clip con Don Rathbone
: )
Wow! This rocks a little harder than the The Faces or The Stones (to me). I've got to look for some of these recordings if they exist.
You can find more by The Birds on this RUclips playlist: ruclips.net/video/oCd5hamfrpM/видео.html#t=38
I've got to see this flick now.
damn the women of the '60's were so damn sexy and the music was off the hook. Put me in a time machine. I want it to be 1967.
They don't really fit the stereotypical rocker image, but that's what I like about them! Same with the Pixies.
Wow Ronnie Wood!
giagnorio86 Yep...the dude had it in him from the start.._How he modified his Telecaster...very cool.
Who here discovered this from MST3K?
Don Rathbone is the name of the drummer, he was the drummer for The Hollies until August 1963.
There's NO WAY that's Bobby on drums! Good call!
Don Rathbone is the name of the drummer
THE SKINNYS!
lol hell yea MST3K
Guys, just skip the music and go right to the heroin.
Super cool
NO RECORDED ):
Nice story, emmettify. Nobody worries about Stevie's spots nowadays though.
