In 2007, I fell & shattered my left kneecap & ever since then, I have these weird, dizziness-type “ sensations…I believe that my body hasn’t felt safe since then & I don’t know what to do to help it feel safe again…I think the sensations have been trying to tell me that but I have just now gotten into functional medicine area..what do you think? Im a sensitive reactor to medication, now i found the meaning to it!! If i took somethinf for a headache example, itd work in seconds compared to the average person. My aunt always told me thats not possible. So glad finally understood now, why my body reacts quick.

I dealt with the worst undiagnosed Bppv. The doctors I saw kept thinking it had something to do with my sinuses. I got beyond frustrated after months and took it upon myself to perform the Epley Maneuver on myself and my Bppv went away literally the next morning. 🥹

Maybe this isn’t what I have then. Mine feels like I will fall over. Like if I stand still my balance will just feel off. I have these attacks every now and then that last a few days to a week and then I’m fine for months or long before it comes back.

Yea this is how an “ episode” looks like or once you are doing the eply and the crystals are moving it’ll look like this till they settle. It’s your brain “ misfiring” because those crystals make your brain think there is motion signaling your eyes to moved causing this eye motion called nystagmus.

What causes vertigo because I’ve been having it a lot lately

To me if feels more like I just got tossed out of an airplane and I’m just tumbling out of control. I hate even rolling over in bed when bppv hits. Thank God the Epley maneuver works like a charm. One trip to the physical Therapist and done. The first time I waited months to go but not now. I’m making my appt tomorrow!

I think i have something similar. Just a couple of moments ago my vision startes shaking from left to right in a quick pace. My vision felt like there was an earthquake going on. This happens to me a couple of times a year. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I have suffered something simalar for the past 30 years and not many people understand how this makes you feel. Mine is caused by basilar miagrains and it doesn't make life easy.

I've experienced this feeling before, but it was in a figure eight motion and it effects my balance and makes me move around in figure eights. It's real creepy. It rarely happens but it's always in the middle of the night.
