Fresh engine rebuild but original turbo at 250k. I'm getting some bluish puffs after it idles for a few mins and give it a low rpm Rev. I haven't pulled the turbo yet but I'm Just assuming seals are going. Didn't have a ton of oil in intercooler but did have a film thruout it no puddling. So it's prolly not seals but again it just started after replacing maf I start to get a hesitation almost like the turbo says no if I go to pass a car whereas before it wouldn't. Had the car for years now. Just slowly fixing all the worn out stuffs. But was wondering if this valve can also cause similar issues I'll start with this and iacv valve and see if that helps and then just do turbski after 😊

I just bought a 1997 2.5 rs that has an ej20 turbo swapped in. I am not a "Subaru guy" but a deal came to me that I couldn't pass up.
