People say Bruce couldn't really fight. Yeah sure there are much bigger humans than him but give him a guy his size and good luck to em.

Hard to decide if it is laughable or sad. On one hand, it's always funny to see the magic frameskip teleport punch and knowing my ancestor developed the media which makes the frameskipping easy to identify, no matter how doctored. On the other hand, they use media magic to try and convince people to follow a dead man that followed the dragon instead of Christ Jesus and is slower than a child with only a year of experience of being half-trained. You can tell when this vid was made that Bruce rejected wing chun trapping and focusing on boxing and fencing footwork. Looking at Bruce's personal training schedule from 1965-70 he started to remove wing chun and replaced with boxing, weight training and street effective techniques and by 1970, no wing chun. In 1969 Bruce told William Chdung that he lost faith in the Chinese martial arts and his fighting approach is "efficient street fighting with everything goes" he also says that he abandoned wing chun because it’s not effective and jkd is. Dan Inosanto in 1970 in karate illustrated described jkd sparring as "vicious but polished street fighting."

The usual expected probems filming in a foreighn land. Whih was kind of odd beig that HK was a British colony. That most good schools were taught in English. That they couldn't get someone that perhaps had lived int he US for 20 years to do the translating....ummm... Understanding how complex it t is putting together any Hollywood film....it's odd to me they overlooked the obvious in the script: e.g. Lee, Mr. Han, Sammo were Shoalin monk--head should have been shaven bald, wearing grey robes/traditional shoes ...in the intro scene which was supposed to be at hte Shaolin Temple YET no one knew Shaolin Kung Fu and was nev film. :) e.g. why hire an ex-MONK to do ASPY work??? e.g. why would a CHINESE MONK (ex) know or be an expert in using a Japanese MA weapon (Nunchcuks) and the Kali sticks ( the 2 black sticks, FILIPINO)... e.g. why was hte point of recruiting MA "(all Karate) experts to represent Mr. Han around the world in prositution/drug trafficiing... where guns, knives and other weapons would be used....where chances of being in "empty hand combat" would be rare??? HELLO!! : e.g. why was every one studying Japanese Karate and those that were flown in ...Karate experts ONLY....except Lee.?? Should have been a host of MMA experts....ignoring the fact that once they left the island they would be going home to cities hwere guns would be used...to enforce... The thinking...the script ...resembles a bad porno film....made so little sense...(i sued to be a huge Bruce Lee fan growing up)..naive...)..

He will be forever remembered. Greatness is hard to forget, also difficult to duplicate. Loved, honored and respected by many. Along with the ones who dislike him & want to test him like Jesus...and like Jesus was sent so was Bruce Lee. His exceptional ability to act , fight and entertain proves he was sent and his humbleness makes him simply the best. Peace & love always.

I’ll never be the world’s greatest fighter, and neither was Bruce Lee, but I still pursue the speed and power. I’m not really interested in competitive fighting anymore like I used to do, just the satisfaction of the training and self development that comes with it.
