why am i not ok... grief

Really wish he'd talk make a video dealing with only grief :(... that is what effects/defining everyone, or me anyway...lost my wife 8 1 23 to cancer in 3 mths :(... my dad in 2010 my grandma in 2017 n others :(... its the ego or thoughts of the 'past' n not letting that go is the problem? ... 10:00 kinda talks about it, the boom, so my happiness of others that died was built on the house''our mind'' on sand, and Christ is the rock we should build upon… Just wow, it all comes back to the lord :) they are with them, follow the lord

I have too going through grief, my wife of 13 yrs passed within 3 mths to cervix cancer tumor on 8 1 23 thinking it was just menopause :(... don't wait till you lose someone n be forced to be ''ok not being ok'' and needed help, which is taking n not giving.

Overall a great message about how your perspective is what creates your suffering or joy. But...BUT....the part where he is telling everyone you can live every minute of every day in complete blissful love, it sets people.up for an unreal expectation and constant dissatifaction with life AS IT IS! Have any of us EVER know anyone intimately that had continual love and no suffering? Ive never met one. Ive heard many CLAIM they are, but when I get to know them, they have the same struggles that many of us do. Great basic message, as long as it doesnt claim the fantastical

Wow Micheal calling out Putin? I’m guessing your condemnation of a man defending his people against the American empire that has done countless modern atrocities is your ego at work, love your understanding of the self but a D- on global politics.

Mind and Personal Mind (all about my my my) ... Let's also distinguish between the two by the spellings ... Mind and Mynd.

I think this is great for external stimuli. Other people, chaotic events in the world, etc - but what about serious illness and chronic pain in the body? What about severe physical and emotional abuse? How is it possible to not be bothered by strong pain in the body? Or someone punching you in the face? How do you choose not to be bothered by those things? Thank you.

While i agree that we all probably judge, expect and set standards for our satisfaction far too often. Shouldn’t there be a massive caveat with this message? Aren’t emotions like anger useful in that it lets you know when someone is mistreating you, broken your trust and in those situations you should have a preference, an expectation of how you want things to be? If you wandered the world only tuning in to love and joy and accepting everything the way it is, (my village is being invaded, but i accept it) wouldn’t you become a burden to those around you?

The first time I listened to a Michael Singer video he said something that hit home like a sledge hammer... It was the one where the car in front of you is going 10 mph inder the speed limit... I could so relate... Thank you Michael Singer for all have done for me...

So what about grief?
